Lol in short, Arizona will be Democrat come November
When you import the developing World you'll become the developing world
How do you figure? The last time I checked this is a state issue.
The results of referendum votes on abor tions so far:
Michigan-- pro-choice
Vermont-- pro-choice
Ohio-- pro-choice
Kansas-- pro-choice
California-- pro-choice
Kentucky-- pro-choice
That's 6 - 0
We the people have spoken, and we will continue to speak. 🇺🇸💪.
Not to mention a state supreme court election in Wisconsin in which abortion was effectively the only issue which resulted in a landslide victory for the pro-choice candidate. And legislative elections in Virginia in which abortion was by far the primary issue which resulted in a GOP rout.
So you're saying that you're satisfied with it being a state issue?
Next, Arizona rules that women are properties of their father or husband and cannot own property.
OMG so true !!! As a democrat male I feel it's so horrific that I can't stop weeping right now. I'm going to snuggle with my cats and drink my favorite boxed wine tonight and hope our democracy can still be saved. 💙💙
There might be a wee bit of a Fourteenth Amendment problem with that.
And lose the vote too.
@@TheOpenSociety777 If you are thinking of making a career change in order to go into stand-up comedy, I would urge you not to quit your present job just yet.
Women couldn't hold a bank account, have a credit card or get a drivers license or own property without their father's or husband's signature until like the 1970's or 80's in some states. Widowers, and single women almost had to PROVE they were not married or that there was no male in their lives to open a bank account, and then usually had to hire an accountant to do it for her so that there were a set of male eyes going over her finances. In some states, women STILL can't have their tubes tied, or have a hysterectomy without a male signature to this day. Roe v Wade or not.
GOP are so stupid….this is lose lose lose for them, but yet they never learn.
That's not true
@@user-dc4uo2sh1tIt is true, they will not force their views on the rest of us

Hey David, I wonder if the judges, the GQP can be sued for practicing medicine without a license or medical malpractice......

Hi Kathy!! That's a great point. 💙😎👍
It's fair, but it will not happen. The reason why? Most of the politicians are old white men. They don't want their rights taken away from them. They have no problem taking away the rights of women. Got to love the double standard

I can’t believe the republicans stopped minorities and democrats from ending their offspring. I think we should come together and insist more abortion clinics in low income areas and in major cities. Incentivize the clientele with Popeyes coupons and “hate has no home here” merch.
Disgusting.
What is disgusting about it?
The world’s religion deem women as lesser humans, every single one.
not at all women are wonderful and give life .. why cant they just make better choices when it comes to making babies before they are ready to be parents or if they arent in a good financial place .. why has abortion become the new birth control

So explain to me what has Biden and Democrats done to restore it? They've been in power for 4 years and haven't even put in a good effort.
Most states are unaffected by it being overturned. Most allow it at the state level. What will be on the ballot this Nov are real federal issues like inflation, border security, global conflicts, gas prices.
Life gets ever uglier in the Disunited States of America.
Arizona will never turn red again!!
Wait for it
Arizona wasn't even a state yet
When it became a state, however, in 1912, the state legislature adapted all of the statutes passed by the former territorial legislature. In addition, women have been able to vote in Arizona since 1912, before the passage of the Nineteenth Amendment.
@@markkozlowski3674 The original note was not passed as a state law, and was never voted on. It was not even a statute. It was one man’s written opinion.
Psychopaths shouldn't be allowed in government.
The dying sanctuary cities I've been run by democrats for decades🎉🎉🎉
@TheOpenSociety777 I live in a sanctuary city in a red state. We're constantly over performing in all economic areas.
Well, they aren't allowed in the circus anymore, so where should they go?
For more than twenty years, brilliant people such as myself argued that the overturning of Roe v. Wade would be a disaster for the Republican Party. How right we were
not at all .. now states get to figure out how to implement theyre own process as intended roe v wade should have never been a precedent to begin with
@@bosshogg95SLTAnd the states are losing and Republicans are going to lose bad come November
@@bosshogg95SLT Well, that certainly explains why the Dobbs decision did nothing to stop that massive Red Wave in the 2022 midterm elections.
@@karenwhite4453As a lifelong democrat male I'm getting my Fallopian tubes all tied up trying to convince my wife's pregnant boyfriend to vote for Joe Biden !!!! 🫐😰👥👗🌀🌊
I don't think most republicans even WANTED Roe overturned. They've lost it as issue to rile the base and now they are receiving the backlash that will likely lose them elections and get Roe codified into law.
If they are so eager to fall back onto an 1864 law they should also make sure that the law is applied within the territorial borders of 1864. Just to keep on being stupid and stir the pot in southern Nevada😅
Maybe the states should push the decision down to the counties... who should push it down to... I dunno... that actual women involved?
That's just crazy talk. Some people might even see that as freedom.
Fitting since Republicans want to bring us back to the 19th century.
If you want your personal freedoms back, you will need to Vote out the Guilty Of Perjury party (GOP)
Vote republicans out!!!!
My question is did the AZ Supreme Court rule on this because of personal bias or because the law is on the books. If it's because it's still a law then it should be enforced. It's the legislature's job to remove any laws that are no longer relevant today.

Vote this Roevember and let Republicans know the PEOPLE are in charge, not them.
Boycott Arizona, don’t visit there, don’t move there, don’t perform there, don’t go to school there, don’t play sports there, doctors should leave.
This straight white male lives here and loves it. Seethe
The doctors will be leaving Arizona followed by the women followed by the men that still love women..yeah.. Arizona will be the desert it was meant to be.
Next Arizona will rule women can't drive or vote citing an 1800s law.
Every time the SCOTUS cites a constitutional amendment from the Bill of Rights, they’re citing a law from 1788.
Total misrepresentation. The law in question addresses not only abortion, but many other things that are still the law of the land. Repealing it would therefore repeal those things too, and would leave abortion completely unaddressed one way or the other. This was a publicity stunt because no sane lawmaker would have seriously opted to repeal the law. A new law addressing abortion should be put before the state congress, since the legislature of Arizona has never bothered to do so in 160 years. But democrats are all about spectacle, not solutions.
One would presume the Comstead Act's other components are also now law of the land in Arizona. Such as the Age of Consent being 10 years old. I haven't looked further.
What about all the pregnant men?
men can't get pregnant only women.
We should pass a bill that every male born in the United States be subject to reversible vasectomy on their 17th birthday! Men can impregnate women Everytime they lay down..women once a month..I think it's time to regulate the sources don't you? Mandatory reversible vasectomies!!!!
Restore Roe! (AND give men their rightfully separate decision-making power.)
I knew this was going to happen when I saw both Trump and Hannity saying "Oh they'll fix it in just a few days, just watch."
This is a perfect demonstration of Cons "taking care of it".
Women, we need to leave. I don't want to be where I'm not valued.

Your problems stem from religion, not from politics.
Adopt Bronze Age fantasies and values and this is what you get.
It is not the bible that says that human life begins at fertilisation...it is proven through scientific discovery
@@wordforever117 A fertilised egg is not a viable human being, no more than any other isolated human cell is. But besides, only those with losing arguments turn to disputes over definitions.
By the way, the bible says snakes and donkeys can talk, that zombies rose from graves and worked around. Rational people dismiss it as a reliable source on most things.
@@rjlchristie Are you denying that it is a scientifically proven fact that human life begins at fertilisation?
Would you like to review the 13 or so references I have to embryology textbooks and scientific research papers that confirm this fact?
@@wordforever117 Viable human life does not begin at fertilization. The zygote is simply a group of human cells with the potential to develop into a sentient, viable human being. The debate, if there is one to be had, is at what stage does an incomplete, undeveloped and unviable bunch of human cell tissue become a complete, functioning and viable human being.

One of the left's biggest lies. No one wants to control women's bodies. That doesn't even make sense. People who oppose abortion do so because they consider it to be murder. I have to wonder about the mentality of those who fall for the "control" propaganda.
But it's not murder. This is obvious fact. It is entirely about control and we can see that because the same people also want to ban contraception and they want abortion to be illegal even when the fetus is already dead.

abortion is not NOT the publics business only a womans 🌸🌸🌸🟪🟪🟪
Claiming to know when God grants Life is blasphemy. That said, I could not worship any god that sadistically bestows a soul upon fetal tissue destined to be aborted.
I like to think life for any human being begins when it's wanted. So it's conceivable that castrating a boy could be considered a special act of murder against his future children.
But if a man abandons his Sperm in a fallow womb, there should be no recourse if it gets aborted unless it's against him. For him, Life begins with Sperm.
What?
Life begins at conception. What do you think conception is? 😂
Arizona for God
The only problem with a prolonged struggle against the Republicans about abortion is that while time passes, there are women being affected by the 1864 law.
I'm really looking forward to seeing lots of states like Arizona turn blue on November 5th!
There are also many children in the womb being affected by the law, in that they’re being allowed to live now.
I see now that this is really about secretly controlling women. Fool that I was I thought it was about preventing innocent children from being killed.
Women from places that don't ban abortion are less likely to have one. Contrary to what one might assume, the lives of the unborn are best protected by supporting free and safe access to all forms of contraception, including abortion.
Oh look, the dude comments that he CARES about babies but ... chirp chirp pregnancy... and women as carriers only
@@madge2114 how does allowing them to be killed protect life? You make an interesting argument and you’re right, it’s completely counterintuitive.
@@cultureal9544 You saw through me again! I was only PRETENDING to amend my ways and care about people killing kids. Just to control women! There’s no fooling you, you’re a sharp bunch here at MSNBC.
But more to the point, these segments are a bit over the top. It’s strange to watch people nod along as if they are describing things as they really are.
Neanderthal BS 💩! Women’s health care and lives are at risk with this new law! And it’s not even a State Law as Arizona was a Territory in 1864! Insane! Vote Blue!
Is it a fact of biology, proven through scientific study, that a new unique, distinct living human being comes into existence at fertilisation? Why then, do you think it is permissible to discriminate against pre-born humans by stripping away all of their rights and treating them as if they were vermin?
