I always struggle with routing rules. I can set the one from the number to the bot (though type only offers to pick transfer when doing so), but cannot do the opposite. When I pick the bot as call origin, only the bot shows up as destination, not the number.

@@OfficialChatbotBuilder Can't remember exactly. It's that pop up thing that shows up inside the routing menu at the bottom of the page when you have a new account. They basically need to activate outbound communication/calling on the account otherwise you cant set the routing rules both ways.
@@OfficialChatbotBuilder Btw I just setup a voice bot using a new account and Twilio to test appointment booking and I have followed this video to the T and the Calendar won't update. I have my phone in one hand speaking to the bot and booking the call and on the other hand I have G Cal open and refreshing the page and the bot says the appointment is booked, confirms it but nothing shows up inside Google Calendar. That's a new test account I setup just for that and I have made my KB and just followed this video tutorial carefully.

Finally, I found what I was looking for. However, I couldn't understand if this feature works for WhatsApp calls or regular calls.
I don't have this function appointment scheduling.
