Peter I suppose the shape of the land will determine because this can only be done comfortably on a land whose length is facing the road, because some lands are 150sqm with width facing the road and the length is inside. What do you think?

Nice house but the space is wasted you can easily get three bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms and it has too many steps

Good Morning sir and how are you doing? Can't specifically tell the total cost but houses like this within these axis building cost anything from N18M to N25M good finished. Though depend on location and topography.
If the land is waterlog you might spend more on your foundation. And as you know every building materials keeps flying in prices lately. So I can say what will the cost will be now..

Does quarter plot mean 20×20?
It depend on the shape of the land. It can be 15x25 or even 10x30

How much does it cost to erect these kind of building sitting on 300sqm land?
Good Afternoon Sir it depend on the present price of building materials and the engineer handling the job however few months ago to have this kind of structure 2 units is from N25m to N30m in average.
Did you mean 25-30m will build two of these buildings? Or that's the cost of building one?

I find it difficult to believe this is 150sqm or that the both compound is 300sqm. It looks like 600sqm and 300sqm each.
Good Evening and trust your day was splendid? Me too as a matter of fact my family reside in the next building I showed on that video. We bought it semi finished I completed it. We just moved inn 2 months ago and it was at the documentation process that we discovered it was 150sqm.
So the developer actually built 4 units of 3 Bedroom semi detached duplex on the 600sqm.
Am making another video of a 300sqm housing a luxury 3 bedroom bungalow with penthouse and space for 4 to 5 parking. WATCH OUT ON THIS VIDEO..
