    Hey Guys,
    Okay this was my FIRST time EVER using the 27 piece hair!!! I am so happy with the results! I am not a huge fan of using glue but for this style it was the easiest way to do it!!! Plus no glue touched my hair so this is the perfect alternative for a healthy protective style!
    I used:
    Model Model 27 piece Dreamweaver Hair
    BSS Hair Glue
    Stocking Cap (2)
    Shower Cap
    Razor
    Sheers
    Clippers with a 3/4" guard
    Comb
    XOXO,

    I started watching "27 Piece Weave Short Hairstyle" at 515PM... it is now 909PM. Yours is the only one I took the time to comment on --- your tutorial was wonderful (after watching 17 of them). I am 59 years old and want something different for my 60th... YOU HAVE SOLD ME!! Stay beautiful!

    I like that the back/nape looks natural.I was hesitant about getting a short wig until I saw this. Looks really good

    This is possibly the best tutorial on youtube of how to do a REALISTIC 27 piece style. I do wish you had slowed it down in some parts, but I can rewind and fast forward when needed. This is a great job! For this to be your first time, you did fantastic.

    I am so glad I found your tutorial on this sassy 27 pc cut...This is exactly what I been looking for I have looked all in my local beauty supply stores for the hair because the hair is thick & full on the tracks & I like that. I actually had to order the hair online 2 days ago & then I went into the new beauty supply & found the entire collection of Model Model, so I bought a pack & I am going to do this for Easter hope it comes out as beautiful as yours I wear the 27 pc weaves often so hope I have enough experience to duplicate....Thanks for the share..and you're very pretty...

    Wow, that was fantastic, and great results. Yes it looks so easy to do, but I am sure it will take time and patience to complete properly. It is amazing what women of colour can do with hair these days. These tutorials are life savers, I guess I will have to follow pursuit and try this my self. At least it will stop me having to curl/tong my hair every morning. Thanks for sharing.

    Hey girl!!! At the top I apply the 3 inch hair in a u pattern not a circle. On the sides I did 2 inch until I got to where I wanted more length. Honestly as your going you will be able to decide what you want it to look like on you! This was my very first time and I just did it trial and error. I promise it will work out!

  • @MariaAntoinetteTV
    @MariaAntoinetteTV  11 лет назад

    Yes I do!!! Your going to have to use net. Start by braiding the longest hair. With a net, measure out the size needed to cover that braided section. Put the plastic cap on and bobby pin the net down and start gluing the tracks on the net. Once your done with the gluing remove the plastic cap and sew the net down onto the braids. cut it to blend and viola!!

    okay this is always a challenge but your going to have to mode your hair down while wet with a ton of heavy gel and let it dry with a scarf so you will get the smoothest effect once you make the wig!

    Hey I apologize for the delay been super busy...now for the glue gun. I have never used glue gun for hair but the way the glue dry it's not as flexible as bonding glue so I would think for a shorter unit like this it might be super stiff and not as easy to reuse. Since I knew I wanted to reuse this unit i wanted to make sure I used the most pliable products.

  • @MariaAntoinetteTV

    I used 1" tracks up to the crown then I used 2" I used 3" for the bangs and 2" for the sides and worked up from that, placing the bangs in a U shape!

  • @MariaAntoinetteTV
    @MariaAntoinetteTV  11 лет назад

    aww thank you!! I think you should treat yourself and make one!!! It's challenging in the back but it all works out remember it's glue so if a track doesn't look right just rip it off and reglue it!!! lol

  • @MariaAntoinetteTV
    @MariaAntoinetteTV  11 лет назад

    I am not sure I just went with the flow of how thick the hair looked as I laid the tracks. I think its easier to understand once you start seeing how well the tracks cover each other. I hope this helps.

    The purpose of the shower cap is to protect your real hair while applying the tracks wit glue I removed the shower cap once the wig was complete and the glue was dry.

  • @marwil8768
    @marwil8768 8 лет назад

    Thank u so much for SAYING take it off and go to bed. I'm thinking about going to the salon to get this done and that was my ONLY worry. Sweating in that shower cap while asleep.

    • @MariaAntoinetteTV
      @MariaAntoinetteTV  8 лет назад

      You would remove the plastic showers cap and just wear the stocking caps that now have the hair glued to it. The shower cap was used to prevent the glue from getting on my real hair
