@@vaibhavsingh2501Blitz can definitely be hard to watch sometimes. What gets to me the most is that he rarely seems to learn from his mistakes and repeatedly makes the same ones. Like, it seems like EVERY time he plays the tesla dome, he keeps struggling with the enemies while refusing to upgrade the weapon. Also, watch any Domekeeper video and take a shot every time he says “I forgot”.
Not insulting Blitz here. I still watch most of his videos, but it can be really frustrating at times.

With the Tesla Dome I would definitely recommend getting the electro orb upgrades waaaaay earlier. They can massively slow down bigger enemies, get rid of Popcorn faster and you can just place an orb on one side to slow down enemies while focus firing down others.
It saves you a lot of repair costs for how cheap those electro orb upgrades are.

That was unfortunate as soon as he went bang the alert for the wave went off distracting him...
It is painful to watch him, sometimes. Especially when he says "I dunno what that does/means" and says it all right in the description.

Blitz doing that whole challenge just to unlock the lift for the logistical problem where he can’t transport anything to said lift and therefore renders it useless is hilarious. Lol.
I'm surprised you don't use anything other than the shield, the drones are absolutely amazing for the logistics challenge and in general.
Also the Tesla dome is one of my favourites, as with just the first Electro Orb upgrade you can survive so many waves. Sadly you seemed to skip/ignore the Electro Orb upgrade entirely.
For the logistical problem assignment, you can easily use the drone gadget if you don't have the lift, they're extremely useful in that regard, on top of their battle uses
I like the idea of logistical problem with drones, but i think blitz should try tesla again since he didn't do as well as he could have
@user-jx4cp6wh4q he could do both. Drone battle options are like auto turrets or debuff leeches for amplified damage and slows.
with a lift, he would still have to drag everything to said lift, on a load tether he can't upgrade. Where the drones go everywhere without having to drag 3-4 resources at a time to the center shaft, especially way down below, or if the map happens to have big blocks of bedrock in the way (as happens to me often)
But yeah, drone turrets to help with the tesla aim, or parasitic drones to help the damage of both the shock and orbs
Tesla+Droneyard is my default load out now. I just can't be bothered to transport my own resources after experiencing drones.
The droneyard is my preferred option for everything.
I would definetly recommend using the Droneyard for the Logistical Problems assignment. They are cheap and effective. They are decent at the start, and by the end, you wonder where the 50 iron you mined went in 5 seconds. They are honestly the most fun base gadget you could get, if you ask me.
i agree, I play almost every run like i would in the logistical problems assignment just using drones for pick up
@@bex6068 Yeah, they are good for developing quickly, provided you have enough water to actually upgrade them. And they scale FAST.
No hate but a tip. Instead of repairing your base you should increase the health. The repairing is a fixed percentage so you get more hp for the same price.
If the repairing is percentage based won't it take the exact same number of repairs regardless of how much the domes health is? It heals more hp, yes. But the dome also has more hp.
@@hamzamalik-ln3ch Well yes, but technically no. To make it full health yes but think it this way. The base when it has 800 max hp you heal 80 but when the base has 1400 max hp you heal 140. So even if visually and the resources needed will be the same the amount of hp will differ. So if you want to heal 400 hp if you heal only 80 hp/resource it will take 5 resources but if you heal 140 hp/resource for the same amount of resources you will heal 700 altmost double the hp and this is for the first max health upgrade. And given the monster hit for set amount of damage not percentage of your health this will help a lot.
@@hamzamalik-ln3ch I'm gonna make up some numbers since I can't be bothered to start the game right now and give you exact numbers, but say that you have 500 damage done to the dome, with a max of 1000 HP, and every cobalt heals you 10%.
Right now it takes 5 cobalt to heal to max. (5x 100 hp = 500 hp)
If you upgrade health to, say, 1500 total HP (the current HP increases by the same amount as your max, btw) now you can heal almost all that 500 damage with only 3 cobalt (3x150 = 450). Any cobalt you use before upgrading health is wasting some bits of HP, and considering usually cobalt is more finite and stringent than iron...
It's not that having more HP is useless either, usually it lets you just tank more damage efficiently and save on upgrading for combat, if you're that short on iron.
For Logistical Problems you could take the Droneyard instead of the Lift. Buying a few drones and upgrading their speed will ensure that you won't even need the lift, let alone carry capacity for yourself.
The cool, stilt-legged creatures in the background are likely inspired by Salvador Dali's "The Elephants" painting.

Popcorn can only be stopped with the dot function of the tesla. Its one of the main reasons I love that dome weapon so much. You can drop dots all over the screen to kill stuff large and small.
You can use drones instead of a lift and buy ton drones take them up.
I love those little buggers. Early on, they aren't the best, but later on, you just leave 70 iron on the ground, look away for a second, and then it's all gone. Those little bastards are EFFECTIVE lmao

Idk if you have checked but the single water upgrade that shows your inventory also auto repairs your dome with cobalt before it can be destroyed so you don’t have to worry about it.

There is a iron hack in dome keeper and also work in every mode. For that you need iron worm and mushroom tree. Put a mushroom on an iron node than put iron worm on the same iron node as the mushroom. Wait for one or two cycle than mine that iron node. After mining that node iron will be multiplied by tone

Blitz, Electro Ball for the tiny enemies. They hide, and you need the AoE ball to stick around and zap them.
if I recall correctly, the Lift just having everything glide up at the same time is how it used to work before they patched and reworked a bunch of stuff, nice to see it back again through the use of a Supplement

Picks the shield, thinks upgrading it is useless. Come on man. The point of the shield is that it's free health that comes back every cycle. It saves on cobalt. It's a buffer so your dome doesn't take as much damage.
not to mention every shield active is amasing in combat
I know everyone else has already said it, but dealing with the small enemies would've been easier with the AoE upgrade, also the orange ring around the reticule means you can do a quick shot instead of charging.
Quick tip for telsa dome: You don't have to fire the quick shot immediately. You can hold it as long as you want, as long as the second orangeish circle is around your aiming reticule you have it ready to fire

Blitz, considering that tesla weapon seems to be rather difficult to aim, the autoaim might be a good point defense assistence to your manual aiming, when those "popcorn" aliens come charging in...

So blitz I got some keeper a while ago and saw that I was in a position where the last enemy couldn’t hit me and I left the dome with it there, I learned never to leave the dome midways that day

I was lucky and had the lift on this . Ive been stuck on the monsters masses. Need something that gets the mass amount of melee that charge you and the buzz saw would really help.

Ok you really should do logistical now becuse i hve feeling tht acid rain risk is gonna be like the corrosion debuff in the game i play arknights
And corrosion there is a really bad thing as it basically reduces the defense of operators significantly, i have a sinking bad feeling that the acid rain corrosion here in dome keep would be hella worse
