Some words about the "Ancient Legends" album.
This album is my first meditative experiment. I decided to make it melodic but at the same time calm and meditative.
Every song starts at a beat frequency (brain wave) of 14.1 Hz
and then goes down to 7.83 Hz which is also commonly known as
the Earth Frequency (Fundamental), or a Schumann's resonance.
Towards the end of each song, beat frequency returns to 14.1Hz.
Also, all tracks were written in 432 Hz. I have used a lot of additional instruments like binaural beats and isochronic tones to help you achieve the desired alpha condition during your meditation and help you with the overall relaxation of your body and mind.

Не знаю насчёт медитации, но расслабление полное. Главное, что музыка не убаюкивает - очень красивая и хочется слушать. Клип сделан шикарно: одна мелодия перетекает в другую - КЛАСС!!!!! Талантливо.
