New OVERGROWTH SPELL Roots Its Way to Clash of Clans! (New Update 2024)

- Unlocked at Town Hall level 12 when you upgrade your Dark Spell Factory to level 6, this Dark Elixir Spell opens up whole new paths of strategies (literally)! When used, Overgrowth Spell renders enemy Defenses invisible, invulnerable, and frozen for the duration of its effect. This means attacking Troops will completely ignore Buildings and Defenses affected by Overgrowth Spell, allowing new ways for you to funnel and path your Troops!
However, Overgrowth Spell will not affect Heroes or Troops in the Clan Castle, nor does it prevent Clan Castle Troops from emerging! One additional detail is that Overgrowth Spell leaves tiny bits of debris that can be cleared by defending players when you tap them, like tombstones left behind by destroyed units.

Not directly since you only can hit buildings with the new spell, so making your own troops invisble etc is something different
Please add feature who are inactive for week make them war preference out automatically
It will help most for playing war
Instead of your idea, it's better to give option to co-leader/leader, weather changing war preference in or out for inactive players.
Or just kick them out after they miss their attacks

No very bad idea. If ur clan has like 30 players and 4 are inactive but rest 26 are active. But we will play 30 war anyways coz rest attacks can cover. It will be problem in resetting them into war. Understood what I am trying to say?
Fun fact #1: A tip in the CoC loading screen talks about the comparatively less housing space of the dark spells. Guess that's changing now?
Fun fact #2: The overgrowth spell is the first of its kind to be of more than 1 housing space and hence is the first to be stored in bigger bottle.

It is like 2 spells, invis + freeze (for longer duration but affects only buildings)

fr, why would we use freeze and invis spells? Its just better with so much time when its active (22 sec at lvl 1) although it costs 2 housing space.

@@kalpanabijarania8035 it doesnt make your own troops invis, only enemy buildings, so invis still good to protect heroes and such. and your army wont target them whilst theyre tangled unlike with the freeze spell, so freeze still good :)
There’s pros and cons about this combination
The pro is obviously the insane funneling potential of the spell in making defenses invisible and frozen, plus its incredible duration and range, which is why it’ll like be a really good spell
But also some cons: It could cause time fail, as your troops don’t get to attack the defenses for that long duration while under the overgrowth spell
It doesn’t turn your own troops invisible like the invis spell or freeze buildings for troops to attack it like the freeze, so both those spells will still be viable, this spell is similar to both but a unique concept

I usually only use haste with sneaky goblins or earthquake for my root rider to attack the TH when next to it.

wrong, edragon can't chain invisibile defences. So they can't target overgrowthed defences

Recommendation make things like the log launcher or blimp which auto attack have them be able to do reduced damage but still damage to the overgrown buildings

New pet idea the forest dear (still thinking of a good name) . As the name name suggests its a mythical dear that gives out a healing and dmg seduction aura only affect hero and near by heroes. Maybe it could be a like if the pet hero died it will cast a stop spell to nearby buildings

Next update, we should get small shows of characters in the builder base and clan base, (like how you can see how a unit/building performs)

Here’s an idea for another spell: The Teleportation Spell
Only has 1 spell space and using it on troops will teleport them to the other side of the map depending on where they are formerly at.
This also affects enemy clan castle troops! Upgrading it would expand the troop capacity.
Either Spell Factory 8 or Dark Spell Factory 7 would be when it’s unlocked.
You can basically do that with the recall spell.

it's similar to the freeze spell, only different in range and effect, the freeze spell only freezes a small part, but this is much more
So it’s a basically a stronger and better freeze. Am all up for it 🙃

This spell is good for funneling in smash attacks and spam attacks
My game now crashes Everytime I load in. I was th9 my builder base was just allowing me to use the second part of the base in the cave for the first time then it crashed and Everytime I try to load in even after deleting the game and re installing. It cashes as soon as I load into my builder base. Clearing cache and data didn't help. Restarting phone didn't help. Using mobile data instead of wifi didn't work. I just got back into clash a week ago after taking a 4 or 5 year break 😢
