I was able to get two pair and think they are fire! I’m stationed in Kuwait so was able to pick them up about two weeks ago.
I don't like those, at all; and don't think Jordan brand's run out of ideas. Those shoes are just terrible.

Fire to me. Not the most wearable Jordan 4 this year but the one with the most style.
A lot of y’all in the comments have no style lol. These shoes are easy to rock with grey, black and purple as a start. These are a great summer shoe. Many people aren’t at that level of style.

Yeah exactly. You could rock them in the evening with an all black getup and look great, and also a white top, black jeans combo
These are 🔥. The divide between those who like these and those who don’t us really going to be over how they feel about the material and the colorway. They aren’t for everyone, but the unique nature of the upper material and the print is what makes these different and interesting. That’s what makes them an SE, that they have unique elements that separate them from the standard 4s.
Yeah well said. These are the kind of shoes that have personality and aren’t for everyone, and that’s why such shoes are fun
I believe the reason they're called "Zen Master" is because Phil Jackson was very into spiritual stuff like astrology, crystals, etc. Kinda makes "nebula" pattern make more sense.
I think that if they'd just made the wings/netting/heel tabs grey and not translucent (so they don't yellow), I would be totally sold on these. I adore the patterning and don't mind the strange stitching because no one's eyes are ever going to be THAT close to them to notice, but the yellowing is just going to ruin them in 3-4 years.

I don't know why, but these are AMAZING to me. I love the way they look.
Love the outsole/midsole colors. Upper would have been cooler in darker tones like the galaxy am90. Always a great review
I agree with making the upper darker honestly if the shoe was all purple in a darker tone like the purple canyon 4s I think this sneaker would hold up with the Travis 4s

I do! I dont even care about the upper materials, I love the look. The issue for me is I refuse to buy them resale because of the issues and canadian price tag lol

I wanted these when the first images started showing up. I was gearing up for March to break my bank account when the initial launch dates for these, the Infrared's and the Military blacks all originally were scheduled. Then the delays started piling up. Then the rumors came out that these were Euro only and I was not happy. I missed on the Military Black's but got the Clot 5's the day before. Then got the Infrareds. I refuse to pay resale though so unless we get some SNKRS shock drop for them, I'll be passing on them. Not paying $274 on GOAT or $270 on STOCKX or the $300 on ebay (plus all the fees+shipping) for my size. Hate resales.

Decent shoe! In my opinion I think they didn’t release in the US because it was 50/50 on who like and who don’t like. This shoe got momentum when it was said not to release in the US. Before then most people were calling this shoe trash. 🤷🏾♂️. Great review as always!
And it's actually more comfortable then most Jordans tbh
The upper material looks pretty cool but the color just does nothing for me. The overall aesthetic seems kinda underwhelming in my opinion. They're just...fine. Not bad. Just fine. Probably gonna pass on these.
The outtake at the end summed up my feelings to a T. I stopped crying about the brand a long time ago, I'm like if they make something I like great if they don't that's great too

Ooooo these are cuuuuute
I looked at getting them but not for the price as knew the clear would yellow and they would just look really odd . Nike and jb need to look at the pricing as they have put things up at a time where people have less money for this type of thing , I know manufacturing prices have risen but they must make a big profit on each shoe anyway even when they end up at outlets.
The prices are now what they are due to resellers and those that would pay 3-4 times retail from them.

True! It's not a must have. Colorway is good because it's 4s. But for long term, pass. Still don't understand why it still sold out
Heard these are not coming to the States anymore but hopefully they are, the shoe is a nod to amethyst crystals that the zen master Phil is familiar with.
I'm glad I took an L on these. They look cool but the materials aren't really up to par.
I need a four and damn these may be it!

I like em....just got the infareds....i gotta pick up a 4 when they are out....the 4s are my all-time favorite....i picked up the low and hightop tie dye to and I actually wore the low tops yesterday....they are prolly one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever put on

These aight. Just like the Infrared 4s, their OK. The original Infrared 4 for me is the Nostalgia 4s. These kind of sorta remind me of the Galaxy Foams. Slightly tho.
There never was an OG Infrared 4. White/Cement, Black/Cement, Military and Fire Red are the only OG 4 colorways.
@@WearTesters no I mean like the Nostalgia 4s was like the first shoe I remember people referring to as Infrared 4s. They had other names too like Hot Lava 4s, Pale Citron 4s. I think at one point they were calling them Laser 4s too. But I wasn’t referring to the OG‘s from 89.

I don't see these representing Phil Jackson's mystic aura, Nike and Jordan brand should have researched tranquil colour palettes before deciding the colourway. Great spot in comparison to the Jordan 1 mids my bro 👊🏻❤💎🔍

You guys are hating!!! Jk…I love these! Lol I bought two pairs and overpaid like hell cause I wanted them so bad. Something like 700 for both pairs but for me totally worth it! I love the color way! Just wish they did it in leather…but I do like the canvas I just had to douse them with some water repellent spray. Otherwise they are fire and right up my alley I love purple and I love different weird J’s. Appreciate your video tho keep them coming!

Hey Chris! That fabric is called ripstop. I think it was popular in the 80's because I remember seeing it a lot back then. I love the look of the shoe but that fabric is a turn off. Great video as always!
This material is not ripstop. It’s a jacquard. Ripstop is what you see on React Element etc.
