Excellent tips Aiden. Love it. I'm still working on setting up and constantly changing my outdoor camera setup. Find what works best. But the Shimoda 25L bag is what I've settled on for my bag. It's got space above the camera gear for extra storage. Which is handy for snacks and layers to go on or take off, depending on time of day you're going out. I do need to organize all my little stuff into some sort of bag though. Little tools and extra accessories. That's next on the list of things to do.

I shoot mostly slow moving subjects on farmland. I shoot with a Canon XF 605, an all in one solution with good image quality. Enjoy your videos, I always learn something.

I love doing outdoor photography and videography! However, I'm still saving up to buy the lighter smaller lens that I will eventually replace my Canon 100 to 400 with. I think I'm going to have to add that backpack you use to my wishlist. (Thank goodness Adorama lets me make lists!)
One thing I always carry is pepper spray. I've never had to use it, and hope I never do. But it's on my shoulder strap attached with velcro so I can grab it quickly if I do need it.

Been loving your channel more and more! Noticed the thumbnail has a gimbal, are you always bringing that along?
