ingredients:-
1 kg mutton
.700 gm basmati rice
3 onion
4 green chilli
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
3 tbsp desi ghee
150-200 gm curd
fresh chop coriander
fresh mint
whole spices
1 tsp garam masala/biryani masala
2 tbsp oil
saffron
salt to taste
keabra water

One of the most important thing in making a good mutton biryani is that the weight of the raw mutton to be used should be the same as that of the raw rice to be used. That is if one wants to cook biryani from 1 kg rice then 1 kg of raw mutton must be used.
I think weight of meat shall be double coz 1kg rice swell too much whereas meat shrinks.
That is ideal but in many countries goat or sheep meat is expensive.... So it may not be affordable.
Right...1kg mutton 1kg rice....
See if the Mutton is bony or too tender it will dissappear & rice will look too much
Best is make provision for meat to disintegrate and make rice quantity slightly less.
@@jaighosh2690 You are contradicting yourself - You post a comment indicating the proportion to rice and mutton SHOULD me 1 :1. However when you get a push back you indicate the proportion should be 1/2 kg rice to 1 kg of mutton as most IDEAL but you earlier provided the wrong suggestion in order to save money and cut corners!
