Actually there's a Hidden Detail in the last episode of Season 2, the chair which Alucard sat while crying was also the chair which Dracula,his father used to sit, the only difference is that Dracula's was turned away from the door where as Alucard's was facing towards the door. As Alucard sits, where his father once used to sit, he sees a memory of his mother, and him as a child playing together at the doorway. Now he realizes why Dracula,his father had his chair turned away from the door... because he couldn't bear to see the doorway as it reminded him of his beloved wife and son playing, and them once being a happy family, together, which is all lost now and it's heartbreaking. So on that realization, Alucard feels his father's sorrow, misses both his parents and starts crying his heart out.
