Floor's stage presence is as powerful as her singing. And her smile can warm an entire arena. Can you say total package?

Floor's voice is liquid gold.
Floor is a perfectionist and has no idea how she affects people/fans with her perfection and stage presence. I would also listen when she sings bedtime story's for children.
Great Song! They released another live video of alpenglow a month ago, live in mexico. You see everyone on stage singing along, even Kai! Like Floor said "This song will make you happy" :)

The alpenglow, as the whole album "Endless forms most beautiful" gave me a new life. It's a very special song. The melody, atmosphere and lyrics are the perfect combination, to be one of my favorite album of all time. After depresion, the strengh for a new begining and going on, it started all from this song/album. Thanks for this reaction :)

Such a happy song, no matter how often I hear it.
i'm sure she gets an extra kick out of singing songs from "Endless Forms Most Beautiful" like this one, because she's not singing anyone else's songs. all the Wacken songs she sang, she was doing covers of songs written for other people. EFMB was their first album they recorded with Floor.
I hope you reactors know those Nightwish lyrics and this title Alpenglow. Tuomas is genious making these songs. Definition (quote): Alpenglow is an atmospheric optical phenomenon which makes mountains appear to glow in a light pink or red hue. It occurs just after the Sun sets or just before it rises. It can happen anywhere where mountains. Not just Alps.

"Floor is always right." Hannes might disagree. :) Freja would definitely disagree.
This song seems to amp up the band. Emppu goes by Floor and executes the classic gag of touching Floor's left arm while he is going right so she looks the wrong way. Troy flubs a couple of notes and Emppu gives him the horns afterward.
In the Mexico City version, it's Emppu's turn to flub his solo and he gets this smirk on his face afterward. Every member of the band, even Kai, is singing "We Were Here." They just have fun on stage.
