I have Quickbooks desktop Pro Plus 2022. It will not import the QBO file that I have saved. It will only try and import from my bank. However, my bank does not support QBO files. Hence the reason I purchased this program. I have tried importing an IIF file also to no avail.

Hello Endo, please contact support@propersoft.net with created QBO file and it should be resolved quickly. Make sure the QBO file has correct INTU.BID value set, account id set as digits only and the currency is set to USD.

It will not allow me to deactivate all online services as described? It gives me a "YOU CANT DISABLE BANK FEEDS FOR THIS ACCOUINT BECAUDE THERE ARE DOWNLOADED TRANSACTIONS THAT NEED TO BE ADDED TO REGISTER"

Open bank feeds and click on imported statement. Then click Transaction List. Review transactions (match or ignore). Once no transactions left, you can disable online services.

Does not work for QBD 2021, even of online banking has never been enabled.
