Nice one but your sac rate is qute low around 11 Liters or less... Isn´t it better to calculate with just 20 liters because of the stress that could apear ?
That would depend on what your stressed scr is :). For entry level training 20 is wise but at some point it becomes difficult to carry all that gas and some time spent on comfort technique will mean most are in
@@GerritHausmann in order to do this dive a diver should be suitably qualified and experienced - how I dive and decompress is based on my knowledge and my experience (of doing these types of dives for 20+ years). On that basis its likely not the same as others' strategies (which may be more or less agressive depending on a person's comfort and experience). Needness to say I wouldn't die using this strategy ... and I did say in video its based on my numbers and you should verify your own ;) There is no need to calculate my gas consumption based on everybody else's - if I was stressed for whatever reason I do have team mates to offer assistence or I could change shape of deco. At end of day carrying too much or too bulky cylinders might get you into trouble in first place ... in diving - rarely things are as simple as they first seem.
On the one hand you're talking about the minimum size tanks needed for BO deco obligation, on the other hand you're talking about splitting the tanks amongst your teammates, which would mean larger tanks in the event of separation. I wish you talked more about that, because clearly that has to be taken into account. There should always be an assumption that the team may separate or multiple divers may need to BO. It's an improbable situation, but that's why we plan. We don't want improbable to turn into death. Great video otherwise, thanks for sharing it!
Hi BROis - even though you carry slightly different gas you would still carry enough to deco on your own. It's just if you're together deco would be faster as you'd have more deco gas choices (yours and your teammate's)
The only strategy that works for quarries, is to go to a cold dark room and sit in the corner rocking whilst you cry quietly contemplating the choices you’ve made in life 🤪
Honestly videos like this are valuable priceless content every diver should watch.
Thank you :)
Thank you for this in depth review
Thank you
Interesting stuf! Thanks for sharing. I tried to reproduce the numbers in DecoPlanner but they are very different. Could you explain that?
I think deco is very personal ... and any diver should take ownership of their own schedule. That is why I don't give my exact details ;)
Awesome stuff!!

How about 120 meter on the GUE JJCCR
...been there done that... ...even with GEE BEE 🙂
I was thinking of a series … “so you wanna dive to 100m” could easily be 120 ;)
Done that
@@gbdivering where are we at when swapping 2x7 for 2x12 on the GUE JJ CCR😎🤘
Great video, keep it comming🤩🤘
12s lol … I’d rather bring another deco gas ;)

Will this strategy work in quarries?

None of your BO are breathable at max depth ?
I have d7s on back ;)
