Day 17: Missoula to Drummond. Bicycle Touring the Great American Rail Trail.
Long hot day on the Bike. Was drinking water like a fish and had to refill bottles several times. Got a late start and a route error put me into full sun and 90+ F heat. Barely made it.
It was however scenic and the people at Bearmouth RV park were nice enough to let me cool off in the shade and refill my water supply.

Good job Dan. I could't do what you are doing. And yes you are correct at elevation you will consume more water more than likely because it is drier so you are losing water that way plus the heat. Focus on the water, electrolytes and fuel.
