Mate, you're absolutely phenomenal at recreating Coxon's play. There's always so much going on in Coxon's work and apart none more so than Villa Rosie, an amazingly notoriously hard one which you also nailed, Chemical World is no exception. You manage to interpret and catch every note. Well done! Absolutely fantastic work.

i worked a bit on the way i was playing it since the last time i posted. now that i've decided to learn some last details, it really made me enjoy playing it a lot more now! as a song, it's always been a great one in blur's catalogue!

This song has very complex guitar chord sequences, and very complex bass lines too. You rock Gabriel, you did it just perfect! It's one of my favourites ever.

i was learning "bang" the other day and man... songs like that and "chemical world" are great examples of the hypnotic musical mazes graham was creating in the 90s. absolute insane riffs, it's crazy how good in filling every little corner of the song he is!

such a cool riff that, did it take long to learn? Looks sort of tricky
ohh it's hard to tell, i've been playing this riff for almost 20 years, but just last year that i decided to sit down and actually learn it and study all the little details.

i don't use pedals, everything is done on pro tools, so i'm probably just using bias amp2 and a bit of flanger if i can remember properly :)
