Like your channel. Only thing I'd recommend is hitting the rust on the inner parts with a wire wheel before covering/converting. That kind of surface rust can hide pinholes - a lot of pinholes. As it's structural I'd wirewheel it enough to be confident it wasn't compromised. Dont need to get it shiny new but clean it off on both sides should reveal any holes.
I'll need to figure out a mic setup, it's definitely my plan for the future. I did take a wire wheel to everything I had access to before throwing paint on it.
I ended up just using the rust convert. My goal is to seal up the car better than it ever was. Then interior and exterior will get properly painted as well.

I think I hit pretty much anywhere I could reach with the wire wheel. This poor car is just covered in rust.
I would rather hear you talk about the project than the music. I would clean up the metal before putting anything on it to seal it.
