My friend and I were at the home opener. It was such a great vibe and a fun time! We both bought Sirens jerseys and are following the team as much as possible! Go Sirens!
my hubby did great this christmas and got me a sirens hoodie. we just moved across the country so tickets aren't in the budget yet but we WILL be seeing you there.
As a Frost fan, I'm really happy to see the other teams filling seats this year. I was a bit worried about the hype dying down second season, but it only seems to be growing. I do wish other teams would follow suit and partner with their local NHL arenas. I really feel this is gonna be great year for the PWHL, and I'm sorry in advance that Minnesota is taking the Walter again ;)
HAHA. A Sirens vs Frost championship series would go crazy tho. Also +1 there’s a lot of opportunity for cross promotion between PWHL and NHL franchises
I'm super impressed with the Sirens this year. Watched them in the Frost home opener and they were electric. Also the Statue of Liberty goalie pads are 🤌🏼
I added up the ages of the players last season and the Sirens were one of the younger teams in the league. They were definitely a team built for the future but it looks like the future might be arriving more quickly than people thought!
Same here! I am going to the PWHL game in Detroit with my family (I’m from Michigan) and at first I wasn’t super hyped to see the Sirens, but now I’m like, I can’t wait!
we have this in the uk with football too. we have had an explosion in support for womens football (soccer) here cuz the england national team are super successful and when we hosted the world cup a few years ago all the games were sold out in huge stadiums. but then following that boom, my local team, brighton, still play games miles and miles away from our city so its impossible for anyone from the city to actually support the team that is allegedly from our city. anyway just thought i'd share.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I agree, seems like an issue across women’s sports. Investors don’t invest, and then complain about attendance numbers, but it’s like, nobody can attend cuz you didn’t invest in a venue where people can attend. It’s a self fulfilling prophecy because despite the boom in popularity, investors still don’t believe in the product :( it makes me sad but hopefully it will change in the coming years! Also it’s sad when people from the actual city can’t go to support their team
I’m actually a soccer fan too, haha. In Seattle our stadium is SUPER easy to get to on public and I don’t take it for granted at all. Even just a few years ago the team played at a much more inconvenient location

Sirens games seem sooooo fun. I’m going to go visit my friend in nyc in March and we are going to a game. I can’t wait!
Fillier has proven that she was 100% worth that 1st overall pick.
Oh yeah she’s been incredible and it’s only up from here!

(The NWSL team)
oh no we don't
Where do they play?
They play at Prudential Center in NJ!
so wait are the palyers actually hot?
I'd say most hockey players are just because all the exercise makes you really fit 💪💪
Yes 😂😂😂😂
