That said cole is meant to be older than them. In order for that to make sense the master of earth would have had to have cole's mother, raise her, her get married to lou and her have cole all before kai and nya were born, unless the master of earth already had cole's mother during the flashback, but judging by his and lou's age that seems unlikely unless she was way older than lou which could be the reason she passed away but it is s bit of a streach.
