    Welcome back to Argentine Asado! In this video, we're taking our grilling game to the next level by cooking succulent rump tri-tips or Colita de cuadril (with a slightly burnt appearance 😂).
    Join me as I walk you through the steps of this simple but delicious recipe. Despite a minor hiccup-running out of tin foil and experiencing a bit of charring-the meat turned out smokier and infused with a rich, burnt fat flavor that only adds to its rustic charm. LOL.
    🔥Asador Tips for This Recipe:🔥
    - Keep the temperature below 200°C to avoid burning.
    -Add warm water around the meat periodically to maintain humidity and keep the meat juicy.
    - Use tin foil to contain the moisture
    - Make sure to leave your veggies cut in larger chunks vs smaller; this will stop them from disintegrating during the grilling process
    🥩Ingredients:🥩
    Two Rump tri-tips (1-1.5kgs each / 2.2lbs)
    Fresh rosemary
    Fresh garlic
    Sliced sweet peppers
    Sliced red bell peppers
    Sliced sweet chili
    Carrots
    Onions
    Warm water
