    You have a great city. I am inspired of your videos for creating my own Lego projects. Thank you for your enthusiasm

    Oh wow! Great job on that! Wonder why Lego designers did not think of those modifications...

      I think the thought about those: however, LEGO has some strict rules to ensure the built is not too complicated for the age range and especially that is very very sturdy.

    Lego TGV might also have solved the gap.
    I think the thing is not wide enough and has three to short train baseplate structures.
    Eight studs wide, with benches that are mounted to the sides and at least each wagon, 1.5 times longer.

    This looks so great thanks! Would love to know how you created the number 2 stickers!

      Thanks! The stickers came from LEGO Xtra signs and decals 853921. It was pretty much a sticker add-on pack that was sold by LEGO a few years ago.

    Is it possible to get a full parts list for your mods? Want to use your work to further modify them into a 3 carriage set :)

      Thanks for your interest! I haven’t any instructions or parts list for these mods at the moment. I wasn’t sure I was done modding. I still want to be able to do some sliding doors. 🙂

    do you think I can replace the 1x6 tiles with 1x2 cheese slopes? I think that could bridge the gap, while allowing the train to go around curves

    When you change the street car set to the train magnets, do you think it's possible to motorize the set? I have wanted to make the set into a monorail for my city since it came out.

      @thegreenbrick  5 месяцев назад

      @@bricklover2258 I think 9 volt would work best, but haven’t never dealt with the system personally. You may want to check this out

      @thegreenbrick That actually looks like a great thing to solve almost all of the problems, except my city has quite a few switches, but other than that, it would work. At least I plan to use this as an airport shuttle, which would just go in a large loop, so I might go with this as an option if I ever do the project.

    I would like the instructions to perform these upgrades on my tram, anyway you can share them or sell them to me? I’d be happy to pay for these excellent Mocs !

      @@Rickybr1cks Thanks for your compliments! 😄If there is enough interest I’ll provide a tutorial video. I’d like to see how others respond and maybe provide additional improvement suggestions (specifically ones that have experience in train builds).

      @thegreenbrick I'd love to see a tutorial in extending the tram set. The interior looks much better, along with adding the magnetic couplers. Thanks for showing how it can be improved 😊
