I suggest you order at least 43, and I strongly recommend 43.5 cuz the Diadora last is pretty pointy, narrowing from sesamoid bone, more extreme than many other shoes. I just bought the exact same colorway, EU 44 from Diadora's website. I'm a Nike US 10.5= EU 44.5 or Adidas performance EU 44. My feet are slightly wide, widest part 10.5 cm, I prefer slightly roomy fit, like New Balance 2E.
