About ten years ago I bought a MEC Steel Master. It was setup for 3 ½ “ shells and worked fine. I bought the hardware to convert it to load 2 ¾ in shells and could not ever get it adjusted, it ether squashed the hulls above the brass or wouldn’t get a proper crimp. It’s been sitting idle ever since. Bummer…. Now I just buy primed hulls and roll crimp all my shells. Do you know if there’s a video out there that may address my adjustment issue? Thanks for your help.
Thank you commenting! The collet resizer can be adjusted to resize tighter if needed. The collet can be threaded lower in half turn increments to resize tighter. If you have any further questions, please contact us directly at: reloadersales@mecoutdoors.com or call 800-797-4632
