Song of Japanese Autumn for mandolin orchestra by Yasuo Kuwahara. Played by The Brasschaat Mandolin Orchestra supplemented by pupils mandolin of Gerda Abts, from the Academies of Lier, Brasschaat, Wijnegem & Merksem in Belgium. Recorded with a compact photo camera from my seat, on Saturday 2 April 2011 in the Jesuit church, Lier, Belgium. The conducter was Marcel De Cauwer, the soloist was Marte De Leeuw. The conducter dedicated this to all the Japanese people suffering from the tsunami (photos on www.gevoeligesnaar.be see page photos).
