Thanks for the video but it doesn't work. The "enter your phone number" screen has changed. The boxes to enter birthday and gender are now on a separate screen after you've entered a mandatory phone number. Please remove this video to avoid confusing people.

@@riteshjain3705 Works for some, however if your IP address has been flagged you absolutely cannot create an account without a phone number. And you obviously cannot use a VPN or it will definitely be flagged. Public WiFi same issue. I could try a friend's or neighbors' wifi, but if I have to jump through that many hoops to make a friggin email address, it just isn't worth it.
So when multiple people say it isn't working, it actually isn't working for them. If you want to help ask them what address they'd like and make it for them, then hand over the credentials so they can change the password and secure it.

at first its optional but then if you make too many gmail accounts google wants to verify its you so they ask for the phone number
