UPDATE: If you put in any year after 2008-09 (I personally out 2012), google will ask for a number but they WILL STILL let you use your mobile number (EVEN if you've maxed out that phone number before on other gmail accounts) since you're creating a gmail account for a "child"
This method does NOT work. I have tried on iPad, iPhone, laptop, used birth years of 2008, 2009, 2010, three different browsers, RUclips, Google, Gmail….NOTHING WORKS, it ALWAYS asks for a phone number to verify that you are not a robot. SORRY but this is a thumbs down!!!!

first you have to make a passkey and when it asks you for your password instead of putting in your password just put in your passkey and it automatically logs you in

I needed this info, since I had reached the limit of Gmail accounts with my current phone number (I got this message: this number has already been used many times). Making the process through RUclips, it let me skip the phone verification step when creating my new account! Also, once created, I was later able to add my phone number in the Google account settings and it accepted it :D
