I loved Maeji’s story. It is like one of those “I should not have done that” stories that still results into something sweet from their friend. That story was my favorite.
All the stories you guys shared in the video are really wholesome and beautiful. TGC has done a great job of connecting people and creating memories within the game. That’s why I’ve grown to love Sky and its community so much. 🤗💝 And also, one of the veterans I met in the Aurora concert recently came back playing Sky again, and seeing her made me so happy. She told me she just graduated from college and has a job now, which kept her busy and away from Sky. So I completely understood since not everyone has a free time to play haha So we decided to attend the Aurora concert one last time together, and it was really amazing. After the concert, we hugged each other and she said "Thank you for being a great friend. I’ll always cherish the memories we’ve made together. Please remember me and the others too, okay?", then I said yes and I started crying haha. These special connections hold a special place in my heart, and I’ll never forget it. 💖❤️
Unfortunately people are now upset because grannies isn't fixed, Tournament of triumph aka an experiment with competition is here and yet there are so many issues that they update instead of fixing them. But hey we'll make do with what we can because we're resilient
One of my favourite memories was when I was new (still kind of new) to the game and I was in an ice rink trying to get a spirit and a player helped me for 30 minutes straight trying to get the spirit. It was very fun communicating with our emotes our joy and frustration of nearly gaining the spirit. When we finally did, we stayed another 30 minutes just celebrating and helping others out. By the end of it we had like 20 players just having fun in the ice rink.
I guess I can tell about my best moment I've had in Sky ^^ So, my most favorite moment in Sky is when I convinced my bestest friend to join Sky. I'll just call him Aura, cause it's not his full username, but that's what I call him as. I met Aura on a different game, so I've known him for quite a while before asking him if he would join Sky. When the PC demo was public, I asked him if he wanted to try Sky, and so he did, and I did my best to help him with the basics. Eventually, he started coming online on his own, and seeing his name show up when he comes online makes me really happy to see, and seeing him enjoy playing, and becoming friends with my Sky friends. Aura is a wonderful friend of mine, he always makes my day better, even if it's something simple as hearing his voice and laugh. He's one of the kindest friends I've had in my life, and I'm so glad that I have a best friend like him ^^
The second story kinda reminds me of my own sky story. In school I had many friends at the start, but soon I lost them all. I was very lonely. But then I found sky, and there I met tons of new friends! With some of them I even got really close ^^ Maybe that sounds crazy, but sky was kinda like a second life for me, where I had friends and wasn't too shy to talk to anyone! (I can't really talk in real life anyway, because I have a talking disorder :'D) Over time I lost contact with almost all of them too. But now I still play with some of them, and I recently met one again who stopped playing for 2 years c: They really helped me through a very bad time I also met someone in real life who coincidentally also played sky! We play sky together really often, and now we're a couple :D So, mostly because of sky I got closer to my now girlfriend c:
When I say "casual", it´s pretty much a stage between "butterfly" (experienced moth, which you are now ^-^) and "veteran", which also lasts the longest, as one doesn´t really know when the "veteran" stage hits. Can´t just jump from "butterfly" to "veteran" after all if you ask me ... and yes, in Sky, I use "Eden" as an euphemism of "God". Just felt too fitting. 🤭🤭 Absolutely amazing stories, thank you so much for reacting to them ... and yes, that experience (freeing the Pleaful Parent) is legit bonkers, especially if you´re protective of your winged light and afraid of Krills. 14:47 Thank you so much! Sure, kind of got years on my belt when it comes to storytelling, but still warms my heart to know that they´re as good as they can be. Only the best for the best of people, I says. :) 15:23 You know how you can find stone circles with white candles on them in realms (one of each is even located at the start of each Cave of Prophecies Trials!)? Those are Message Shrines and yes, Graveyard has one too, only that it´s pretty diabolically placed, as it´s right beside the patrol-path of a Krill ... and while it doesn´t see it on its usual patrol, a server-merge/server-split can cause it to look at it, thus it´s kind of risky to write messages there. Nonetheless, I still write messages there at times and they´re pretty much pieces of my dream-tale where a Krill talked to me (as it happened in Graveyard as well). Only bonkers thing is that that particular Message Shrine doesn´t tend to show its message candles; in that case, you have to go to another part of the realm like Battlefield and then return back to it in Graveyard. And yes, I do leave messages on those Message Shrines as well, thus if you do decide to check on them at times, maybe expect to potentially happen across mine. 🤭🤭 Thanks for the heart and them 💪, man! :D As well as good luck if you´ll ever try to free that absolutely-bonkers spirit, especially if it happens to be a daily (quest). As for the 2nd best moment, gotta keep your eyes on your Discord. :) Cheers and have a great one! o7
The wellermen song is a sea shanty, but not pirate song. It’s about the whalers, the ones who would go out to get oil from whales for the lanterns and such.
Thank you for reading our stories and putting a snippet of my story in the thumbnail, KK. It goes to show that SKY really established a wonderful community and I hope this will continue for more years to come. Trav's story made me speechless when I first read it and it made me emotional now. And to GD, I'll be waiting for your other story.
Hey Maeji thanks for sharing your story. I think what your friend said sums up the community pretty nicely which is why I put it in the thumbnail Yeah I wasn't expecting a story like that from Trav and looking forward to GD's dream as well Hope you had a great day
This video format kinda reminds me of those reddit post reading videos, which had me stuck at for quite a long while. Amazing stories are never ending, and knowing these people in the server sharing with us felt like a moment of bond was happening and we all got closer as we interacted more and more. Guess I'll start reading long texts in the server from now on. Great video as usual, kk. Have a nice day
Yup that's exactly the format this video is I agree. There are amazing stories everywhere and more are being told everyday If you have a story then please do share it as well. I think a lot of people including myself would be interested in reading it Anyways thanks for watching and hope you have/had a great day as well
The first time I had ever played Sky, I was in the Wasteland area trying to burn one of the larger plants by myself. Found my fiance very soon after, and we played everyday. 💕
What? That's amazing. If you would like to share the full story please do so on the Discord. I would love to hear that and I'm sure many others would as well. But only if you're interested in sharing it though.
Hey Emily You know the drill. I wanna try it out by myself first and see how that goes. If it ends up destroying my soul (which it probably might lol) then we’ll do it together
I'm taking the million dollars for freee as well. Im a simple person, my satisfaction is money. ☺️ All the little stories make me like sky a bit more. 😊
You can't translate German word for word into English, that's why it says "Mir geht es gut", or "Ich fühle mich gut", and not "Ich bin auch gut". Ich bin gut" you say instead when you're good at something(sports, mathematics…).
18:38 Come on KK you can't just bonk your skykid during Maeji's wholesome story 🤣😭
Oh haha the gameplay was recorded separately
I loved Maeji’s story. It is like one of those “I should not have done that” stories that still results into something sweet from their friend. That story was my favorite.
True. It ended up being really wholesome

Yeah I said that cause that's the song I sang during the Season of Abyss where I pretended to be a pirate haha

😂I like when KK reads their stories he automatically correct the "grammar mistakes" Such as "are→were". That's helpful to an English learner like me😳
Same as well, since English is not my first language.

Love the stories you share here. So many reasons to make ppl like this game, so do I. ❤
Yeah it was fun reading the experiences of you all. Interesting video for me to make
Hope you're doing well
Such wholesome stories, really enjoyed learning to these 🥰 Ty KK
Yeah really great stories. Glad you liked them

This was really nice! Made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside!
Yeah me too when I was making the video
Hope you're doing well Julie
the second sky story is just so sweet, i don't have any close friends in sky but hopefully i will someday to make amazing memories together!
If you need any help with Pleaful Parent KK, feel free to ask! I’m willing, and I’m sure others are willing too!
Hey Emily

Absolutely. Why say no to that haha
Yeah me too. It was great reading all these stories
Praerie village is the area where the mantas fly!
Ohhh that place. Got it
GD’s Sky dream tho…thts another level 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Oh indeed and thanks to leaving those message candles at Graveyard´s Message Shrine, I still remember it.
I need to hear it
Cause I don't have discord I couldn't tell you 😢 but it's when I met Johnny krill😂😂
Johnny Krill? I wanna hear that story one day. Do share it when you join the server
@@kkplayssky one day I went to golden wastelands for the first time , when I met the first krill I named him Johnny krill
Ohhh okay haha. It's a special moment seeing the first krill
Thanks kk
:O
Sorry for the late response, but mir geht es gut und dir?
Kein Problem. Ich bin auch gut
Hope you enjoyed the video

I sound like my teachers😅
