Fitness Tracker Test | How To Use One

  • It's a new year! A new year means new goals. If fitness is one of your goals and you have already lost motivation and interest, then get yourself one of these fitness trackers. You can find an array of different fitness trackers to purchase. The most expensive one I have had was the Bellabeat coming in around $100. That was probably my favorite one, as it looked like a piece of jewelry and not a fitness tracker. I didn't have to wear it on my wrist!
    I have had a few different ones over the years and found that the less features on them, the more I stay connected and motivated with it. Less is more with me; however that is just my personal preference. Fitness trackers I have had over the past couple of years:

    All the above fitness trackers do pretty much the same thing...they are a pedometer that you wear on your wrist. It keeps track of your steps and heart rate. There are extra features in all of the them that I have tried including:
    1) Alarm
    2) Text message and email alerts
    3) Alerts from various social media platforms
    4) Sleep tracking
    I never found that the sleep tracking was very accurate on any of the devices.
    If you are looking for something to keep you motivated, even if it just for a few months swing over to Amazon and find one for $20!
