I had an XT 500 in 1982. Bought it from a friend in Spa Francorchamps in Belgium. Paid my friend had a few drinks and took it for a spin. I drove it of a mountain, hitting a tree and all on the left hand side of the bike was broken of, steering in half, indicators gear thing the lot came off. Without a helmet I broke my little finger! And ruined a brand new pair of trousers in the crash. Fond memories!
Did anybody watch this ? or did you all know about that step ? because i found it fascinating, more interesting than picking faults with people and things
3 years ago I know, but Xt500, one of the most iconic and sought after Japanese classics, in complete and original condition with less than 7000 miles from new and with one owner for 40 years.... Give the man 3 grand Drew its cheap at that!
This is from the early seasons where Drew has to visit a lot of hoarders who won't sell anything. Later he gets enough reputation so that people don't invite him and then waste his time. He's forced to buy odd things because nothing else is available to buy.
A jewel of a place. I hope they can restore it.
