What have you seen other people travelling with that is similar? What happens when you split your stuff into two categories; things that are always with you and don't change, and things that get updated and changed with each destination? Just received my Aeronaut 30 and looking forward to travelling with it! Such a cool bag, and becoming a huge fan of the Tom Bihn products in general.

Great video! Thanks for sharing. May I offer u a suggestion for ur backpack? Always carry a small EZ2 open can of meat, a few wrapped mints and a couple of Payday or something similar candy bars. You never know when u might be stranded or an emergency should happen. Happy Trails!

I find that I have barely any room in my carry on except for some stuff that I use to cushion the drone with.. so I end up bringing another bag. Another issue is once I'm on location, how do I transport the drone from point A to B in the city or wherever I am? (They have drone backpacks but they're large and are only useful for the drone itself). And then to top it off, security likes to occasionally "examine" the drone and batteries for a little while lol.

I have been travelling in plenty of colder places - it's only just recently that I started frequenting hotter climates (pretty easy to do when you're in Latin America). I backpacked solo through Europe in the winter - that was cold!
Yes! The backpack that I use fits in into all carry-on restrictions on all airlines, even the tough budget airlines like RyanAir. And if needed, it can even fit under the seat of an airplane.
P.S. Hey! Two questions... 1. Can I take any goggles into any opticians and have them fit prescription lenses? 2. What did you use to film? It can't have been the 7D because it was in the vid :)
1. I don't think so with those goggles (I got them super cheap at Walmart) but maybe other kinds? 2. I don't know why I didn't talk about it more in the video, but I filmed it on a Canon G7X.
I would love some kind of tutorial on all your electronics. I'm pretty retarded in that area with a Chinese Iphone7 and another old cell phone and a Sony 20 megapixel Cyber Shot which is not well known to me although I use it but never download to youtube or anything.
