I always did that started around lv 30 ENDED up at lv 40 for Crono Frog Ayla lv 38 others and still learnt every 2x and 3x tech THIS way by lv 40.
Magus Black Omen only for Dark Matter UNLESS your playing the DS remake just beating the ENTIRE Lost sanctum quests will have Magus end up learning all of his spells and hitting lv 45 from lv 37

This game is too easy to grind. I noticed this spot as well. I grinder a bit but it’s unnecessary

i wouldn't say it's "too easy to grind", moreso grinding just isn't needed at all. honestly i much prefer that to tons of grinding, as it doesn't challenge the player in any way doing the same basic fights over and over
