The concerned purchaser straight file FIT and builders, their men are arrested. The question is that why police entertains this Civil matter as a criminal case?
Sir, We are fighting for last 2 years. The case is: We have ancestral land which was divided in 1988. But occupation didn't happen as per decisions taken. Decision was written in normal paper, which is confusing to understand. Now, after 32 years, one of my uncle is fighting saying that the piece of land is ours that you own and he filed a case and we are fighting that case. Why limitation act didn't apply here?

That depends upon the circumstance that which kind of writ do we require to file, generally mandamus in this case
