The uniforms can be confusing so here's a simple guide: Nationalist Army - Light Tan uniforms (Army Regulars), Isabelino side caps w/ green trousers (Spanish Foreign Legion), Red Berets (Carlists), Red Fez (Moroccan Regulars), white uniforms (Portuguese Volunteers “Viriatos”) Republican Army - Green & Dark Tan (Army Regulars), Civie clothes w/ gear (Madrid Militia & International Volunteers) Both sides used the same or similar equipment such as the M26 Adrian & Spanish Helmet, Model 1893/1916 Mauser RIfles, and wore M26 Army Uniforms and Isabelino side caps so it can be confusing.
Super well done! It's great to see someone animate a film on this historical conflict! The Spanish civil war doesn't get eneogh spotlight for such an interesting war between two extrems... one can definitely learn a lesson from this.
ty my friend. I recently started building a Nationalist army regular kit for SCW reenacting and it kinda led me to the point to create SCW brick films.
Ty. This is only a teaser showcasing the battle itself. I pinned my coment on the various uniforms belonging to either the Loyalist Republican faction or the Rebel Nationalist faction, hopefully that clears things up. I will add the proper introductions in the final film.
I believe that's the point. It was a civil war, so pretty much you had neighbor's going out killing each other in their work uniform and daily clothing...

Awesome animations watching this made me miss animating.
Ey BrickMasterBricks, you should consider returning to animating
@user-jo6ro4yu2l considered it but no motivation anymore which is ashame.
Very well done
Very good stopmotion!
What's the link to the Spanish helmet. I remember seeing it in some of the old Lego stopmotions from the late 2000s and early 2010s
waiting for siege of madrid
Awesome animation. Abit confusing though, maybe u should put introductions for the factions.

Zrobiłeś wysokiej jakości film. A i widziałem, że chyba zrobiłeś obróbkę zdjęć w paintcie? Ciekawy pomysł i nawet fajnie Ci to wyszło
Epic
Where did you get the Spanish dialogue? Might use it for mine.
