Anything that spiral down is not hovering 😅 plus most American that fish the “Hover Rig” is actually fishing the “Mid Strolling” technique and they used way too heavy weight 😂 the real “Hover Rig” is actually fish more sub surface like a foot deep only, using about 1/64oz to 1/32oz just to help keel the soft plastic from rolling over
