After about 45 minutes of laying on my back still with a clear mind and positive vibes I got a urge to turn onto my side. I fought it for a few moments until it was nearly unbearable. As soon as I turned to my side (with my eyes closed) my what I’d imagine is my third eye opened to see a very beautiful woman next to me. We both looked at each other at the same time and we both opened our mouth in shock at the same time as if we both mirrored each other being both frightened and surprised. I immediately opened my eyes in utter astonishment.
I have been studying self actualization a lot recently because I have felt lost for years. Recently, I discovered my original self, the root of me before it was corrupted by the influence of the world. Interestingly, when I made that discovery, it felt like the true me came from a place that was dark but filled with a rich blue color. Today, I found out that color is associated to this chakra as well as awakening and enlightenment. Even this music is resonating perfectly with the original self I discovered and I am completely amazed and totally floored! What an amazing experience!

My forehead feels sometimes intensely weird, Im doing many guided and not guided meditations for 3rd eye. I was a lil scared, but it's great! I can see more vivid colours and hear SIGNIFICANTLY much, much better, no joke. And I suddenly love myself and feel a lot more loved by universal beings of light. When my mind says you hungry eat, well I starve myself 😊 When I’m supposed to be sad I laugh…. I think I was seeing eyeballs being opened with like the first 5 minutes into this and no lie it did startle me a bit, I also seen a half a face just flash before my eyes it was quick, I definitely did get spooked that time for sure but also kept God in mind and overall i became peaceful again. You were seeing spiritual beings. Also those eyes are watchers, high dimensional beings who like to "watch" for entertainment or to protect you. I have dealt with these beings for a long time and see them all the time during third eye meditations. As you grow spiritually into your path, you will be less scared of them and learn to understand them as you receive signs.

I meditated for maybe about 20 minutes… i was also chanting. I started feeling like I was floating… I could feel a light between my eyes… and it felt super bright. I also could see in my center a bright white light.. it was bright almost like the sun. I was asking for Guidance on what my purpose was. I saw a stage… a big stage. A microphone. I saw myself on stage, speaking. I heard the message “speak your truth. For your voice is your power.” I started feeling like I was being lifted and then I started repeating this out loud. Kept seeing the stage, the microphone. As I was breaking out of the meditation, I started crying.. the light got dimmer. Then it faded out.. but the message is so strong. Just wow. This was so intense for me. But I feel lighter.

Colors are a bit more vivid and overall vision is noticeably better :) Also increased the Love I have in me a lot :) ( usually my favorite meditation is the heart chakra meditation but I wanted some insight on dreams and stuff haha ) Be blessed and infinite Love, Peace, Balance, Joy and the Best for everyone :)
Have you meditated on your Solar Plexus chakra? Until now, that one made me feel the most confident! I think if you did those 3, you'd be confident, insightful, and loving all at once!

Past few months have included my mind being filled with negative thoughts and scary scenarios. While I am working on my root chakra, I feel this chakra is also crucial for me to balance and purify. Im here because since I can remember I have really bad post nasal drip.. at random times throughout the year but especially during winter to spring transition. I recently discovered that sinuses are linked with the third eye chakra being imbalanced, im sure that’s not the only chakra I need to work on for sure but its the one that my body has pretty much been screaming at me to take care of for many many years apparently, since I was a toddler.. major block for some reason, I hope this helps. When I was listening to it, I tried to focus between my eyebrows and tell myself to send my vision out of my room and out of the house. I can't see very clearly but I can feel that where my vision is, it moves so fast. To reach the place to imagine or see. And then backed home in my own body and opened my eyes it took time about 18 minutes.

Next thing I know I'm flying fast through clouds to deep sky through wormholes then back out to the sky then back home so I've been back a couple times but I think you must fast first to clear your eyes up if they ant purposefully shielding. My forehead feels sometimes intensely weird, Im doing many guided and not guided meditations for 3rd eye. I was a lil scared, but it's great! I think I was seeing eyeballs being opened with like the first 5 minutes into this and no lie it did startle me a bit, I also seen a half a face just flash before my eyes it was quick, I definitely did get spooked that time for sure but also kept God in mind and overall i became peaceful again. You were seeing spiritual beings. Also those eyes are watchers, high dimensional beings who like to "watch" for entertainment or to protect you. I have dealt with these beings for a long time and see them all the time during third eye meditations. As you grow spiritually into your path, you will be less scared of them and learn to understand them as you receive signs.

I meditated for maybe about 20 minutes… i was also chanting. I started feeling like I was floating… I could feel a light between my eyes… and it felt super bright. I also could see in my center a bright white light.. it was bright almost like the sun. I was asking for Guidance on what my purpose was. I saw a stage… a big stage. A microphone. I saw myself on stage, speaking. I heard the message “speak your truth. For your voice is your power.” I started feeling like I was being lifted and then I started repeating this out loud. Kept seeing the stage, the microphone. As I was breaking out of the meditation, I started crying.. the light got dimmer. Then it faded out.. but the message is so strong. Just wow. This was so intense for me. But I feel lighter.

I just meditated like 20 minutes. From that about 18 on my third eye an the rest on my heart chakra. Colors are a bit more vivid and overall vision is noticeably better :) Also increased the Love I have in me a lot :) ( usually my favorite meditation is the heart chakra meditation but I wanted some insight on dreams and stuff haha ) Be blessed and infinite Love, Peace, Balance, Joy and the Best for everyone :)

Woah.. that’s all I’m going to say.. between your eyebrows will tingle and be sore but after listening to for a bit it’ll free up any tension. Also you get a bit anxiety but try to let go and relax all your muscles and enjoy. Beware of weird dreams.. overall worked for me!

Past few months have included my mind being filled with negative thoughts and scary scenarios. While I am working on my root chakra, I feel this chakra is also crucial for me to balance and purify. I deeply value my intuition and inner wisdom that has been carrying me through a very tough time and I would love to strengthen it, trust it more and more and keep finding more clarity rather than taking my mind seriously.

Im here because since I can remember I have really bad post nasal drip.. at random times throughout the year but especially during winter to spring transition. I recently discovered that sinuses are linked with the third eye chakra being imbalanced, im sure that’s not the only chakra I need to work on for sure but its the one that my body has pretty much been screaming at me to take care of for many many years apparently, since I was a toddler.. major block for some reason, I hope this helps.
