Both versions are great, but this one, jeez, was breathtaking. He wrote Wonderwall, he lives the words he wrote. There's passion in this version, when Liam sings it, even if he is good, there's not the same emotion and passion. Noel's voice is so peaceful and relaxing. Great great performance.

Ive had 11 close family and friends, including mother and sister passed away. It started June 1, 2017 with my mom up until I last Thursday where I lost my youngest sister. I lost my wife and so on. I've dealt with addiction and suffer from depression and anxiety but Everytime I hear this version of this song I shed a tear or tears of happiness and follow on my 🎸 and sing my heart out. Noel's version is far more beautiful than Liam singing it. It really makes people realise that there is more to the song than the overplayed guitar chord sequence. The lyrics are genuinely beautiful

Noels singing compared to Liams is so different. Liam always seems to sing it in a rock n roll fashion but Noel sings it w meaning and always makes the song moody. Either way definitely one of the best songs ever

I read that Noel wrote all these songs, but Liam made certain compromises when he performed them. So when Noel plays them, it's the true original version.
Noel's voice is exceptional, but what makes it so addictive to hear is how he's genuinely sad while singing these songs he wrote. I just can't help but loving his version.

Noel Gallagher is the most consistent and talented song writers of my generation. He changes classic iconic songs and they sound so special and amaZing still. As if they appropriately improved with age as they worked their way into our lives. Growing with the writer himself. This is just awesome

It’s not just music, it’s a masterpiece and the words reach into our hearts and make us appreciate the real meaning of lyrics and music. When I heard this version, it took me back to the only time I’ve ever been in love with a girl before. How we used to sing this song on our “little adventures” or drives like she would call them.
