@@rankingriot6790 thanks! on almost all of the blueprint you just need to kill the specific monster, but for example Temporal distortion has been removed from the game since it waas very broken
The last blueprint shown is the Berserk mutation that you get from Failed Experiment (very rare) I would suggest using the Hunter Granade to extract it. If by any chance you meant the Rune showed at the very end, it's the custumization rune, that you unlock by killing the first elite in the Ramparts
go on steam, right click on the game, property, beta and select beta or alpha: be advised alpha will not save the progress and may cause problems, beta should keep progress but make a backup of your save just in case @@dariovogt3615
Berserker mutation is dropped by the Failed Experiment (the tall mob that looks like it has a drill on a hand, it's a rare blueprint so I would suggest using the hunter grande extractor) For unlocking the last rune you need to kill the mini boss at the start of the ramparts
If I remember correctly, once you defeat The Giant the next time you go to the ramparts it should spawn this miniboss, you kill it and you get the rune
So the Open Wounds you've aquired is not the mutation, what is it then? If I look at locked mutations there's one left, and I have no idea whom it drops from?!

I would suggest trying full vitality build if you are not already doing it, for the first few cells it's the one that gives you more leeway

the last item (Rune de Personnalisation) allows you to unlock custum runs (you get it once you beat the giant and then go to ramparts)
