I've done everything from changing the motor, resistors and switch, but still got the melting fuse problem. Fuse is still melting or loosing connection, and It also blows the moment I put the switch on full power. I reckoned it had to be some connection problem in the fuse box, and wondered if something like this would fix the problem. Thank you for the video! I'll try this fix tomorrow and hopefully it will solve the really annoying problem. Espesially this time of the year when the windows gets foggy in an instant:)
You have to relocate the Blower motor Fuse. Mercedes has a kit which relocates the (25 AMP) fuse to the outside of the fuse box. It also uses a Higher Rated (30 AMP) Fuse in the kit. Does your car have this updated Fuse located near the Top of the Front Strut??
