Right up front let me say that the video itself is a well-accomplished piece of work, from the embryonic idea to make it, its execution, the value added to it with the music, etc. You deserve praise for the work you´ve done. However, the observations I will make are about what I see in the video. Obviously, there are many villages and other communities in Guyana that have the same(or a similar) profile as this village. On a primary level of viewing the content one is inclined to appreciate the diverse representation of economic manifestation in the ``normal´´ way that is accepted as reality. Fine. No critique there. On an analytic level though I am irked by the pronounced disequilibrium I see in the ultra-successful homeownership and the dismal property failures with all levels of struggles in between. I have two questions which I now launch into the civic space; is there true satisfaction of success in being comfortable inside whilst one is surrounded by abject social conditions? And my second question is; when a country is economically rich and has abundant resources what should be the overall financial status of the people in that country? (I recently saw a photo of ExxonMobil´s local office building in Georgetown and I noticed the house that is at the left of ExxonMobil´s building. That is a daily slap in the face of all the everyday Guyanese people.)
Thank you for watching and for your intellectual input. Our abundant resources has long been exploited. And yes it's quite a slap in the face, One can only hope with time it would be rectified.
Wow! Thank you for this awesome music presentation 😀. Very nicely done ✔. Mark Bensette Aux Bois 🇨🇦.
