Yeah, his whole schtick as host of this show is "GASP! I can't believe you said something SAUCY!" and faking being shocked or offended by sexual answers as he is playing a character that is much too pure to consider such vulgarities but there was some definite grappling with internalized cultural homophobia here and though I agree he was having fun, he's still kind of perpetuating some weird toxic masculinity stuff in those interactions.
