I was wondering about putting the OSB around the window openings. The way you did it saves time. Drill a hole big enough for a saw blade and cut through it.
Here in Washington we have to install our OSB vertically and then shear nail corners, garage openings and braced walls. Nailing schedules can be as close as double rows of nails 3" a part around the garage doors!! Did you have to worry about these rules? What state are you bullding in?
We are in Southeastern Connecticut. What we did here was all determined by the local building codes. We did install horizontal nailers at the seems of the sheathing between each stud.
I was instructed the orientation doesn't matter as long as you follow the nailing code which would require blocking between the studs as the edges must be nailed off every 6in . That's way most people simply install the sheets from top to bottom as you can break them between studs and complete the nailing pattern .
It gives you something to put the housewrap and siding on. The interior walls usually have drywall installed (over insulation and vapour barrier) if desired.

Looking from germany. Why did you install osb outside? And for building a wall it's easier from inside. Stabile and in correct dimension.
