I highly suspect that you (and me, for that matter) are late to the party... The 1.6 engine may be no longer offered - in Europe at least - and there are no more GT models to configure. That may explain why the car shown in the video comes with such a juicy discount. Hyundai and Kia have recently taken some steps in reducing fleet CO2 emissions, for instance with the 1.0 turbo engine no longer available on the small i10 and Picanto in every market (Romania, for example). That all happened starting June 2024 I believe, but should there be a comeback of pure GT models (not just GT Line versions) I'll be the happiest dude to be proven wrong... Perhaps the safest bet if you really need a Ceed GT and own the necessary cash, is to go on the hunt for a car still in stock with one of the dealers in Germany or Austria.
@@niki4703 Damn... that's a shame :((( they are rlly killin' the fun cars... this industry is getting rlly quiet boring with all the basic and to expensive normal cars... thanks for the information, i hope tho this kind of cars will make a comeback. As seen with electric, nobody wants them anymore, but i've seen an increse in all hybrid varients, and i'm thinking why don t they mild-hybrid the gt/performance orientated cars to still sell them without this European Co2 reglemantations. Ofc i'm not in charge and their reasons are justified, i just hope for the best not the worst. Thanks again
The red detail on this car is super 👍
Wish they offered this in the UK. Highest trim here for the Kia Ceed is the GT-Line.
The GT model isn't available to config in Germany or Romania, any news on that? I rlly want a new car and this might be the one
