Elie Saab is such a brilliant designer, I like his work a lot but not had the opportunity to really experience all his perfumes but have heard so many good things. Amazing that you were able to find a full bottle of it! Hopefully you'll get a better nights' sleep after your shift tonight.
Been tempted to try some of this collection. Great to see a review especially on the rose one too. I watch/listen to comforting asmr when I can't sleep : wish I'd got into this sooner as I was judging without understanding it before yet it's so soothing and calming I enjoy it now🌹❤
I definitely got ambery and resinous dark roses with a hint of woodiness. I returned it after having it for a week because I felt it was too “mature” smelling and too “dark”. Surprisingly, I find myself missing and wishing I kept it for colder months. You’re right that it doesn’t project far, and if my memory’s correct, it doesn’t last long either. The closest one I have to this in my collection is Profumum Roma Rosae Mundi. ❤️
Interesting impressions, glad you're loving it! Been trying this out after purchasing from eBay, and my impressions are sort of like Christi's review on Fragrantica, quite different to your experience. Very interesting to hear your thoughts, appreciate it as always.🌹
