Bread freezes really well. We do it all the time. Just take it out the freezer when you need it and let it thaw on the counter. Can’t tell it was ever frozen.
I have had eczema since I was a kid. One thing that would make it worse was taking a warm bath / shower or scented soaps. So when I have flare ups , I take cooler showers and avoid scented soaps and lotions. Taking a cooler bath / shower actually helps it. I know , taking a cooler bath doesn’t sound appealing. But it helps. Love you guys! Best Fam on RUclips ❤
When I have extra bread I make a bunch of homemade uncrustsbles with a cutter I got on Amazon. Stick them in the freezer. Saves the bread and the kids love them!
Cetaphil worked well with 2/4 boys and Alveeno eczema cream works on our youngest. We also do use clean and free for his laundry and that also seams to make a difference too. We only bathe him 3/4 days to help keep his own moisturizer as baths dry out your skin.
My toddler has eczema and is having a flair too. Daily baths, putting prescription hydrocortisone from ped, and then slathering in regular aquafor ointment helps most. Once it calms down the bath and just aquafor work. I need to get back to daily baths....
My daughter has really bad eczema. We tried everything so we met with a pediatric dermatologist and they told us to do bleach baths for 10 minutes everyday for 2 weeks and then once a week after that. They also prescribed a cream and told us to only use Vaseline on her skin. It has been a game changer. We actually live not that far from the Twin Cities and saw a dermatologist in St. Paul at the U of M discovery clinic. I highly recommend. They also said to just use the brands cerave, cetaphil or vanicream for baby wash.
Aveeno lotion, oatmeal bathes help my littles alot. Sometimes a prescription is needed to help ton it down so it's controlled 😊 love your videos can't believe the kids are growing so fast ❤
Ask the pediatrician for Triamcinolone.. My son had eczema so bad from a baby until he was like 8.. I live by this stuff ,, the only thing that worked and helped almost instantly.. It’s amazing.. (Knock on wood) he hasn’t has a flair up in a few years..

Cera ve works great for my daughter's flare-ups. Also, drying off right away after the shower or bath helps, too.
