Bravo! This thrilling video is one of your top 2 or 3 thrilling best distance videos! Great! I remember my best so far was acheiving 9,2 kms using my Mini 3 pro and plus battery last Nov 27th on a warmer calm day here in the open countryside north of Montreal Quebec! I could have gone much further because I turned it around for RTH at 61% battery and it arrived to me with still 24% battery left so I still flew it around before landing it! Since December the severe cold and tons of snow here have me more worried! However next week spring arrives so I'll try it again in a month or so out in the open country on a nice day! Will I acheive your amazing distances? Hum I don't know? 🙏 DJI says that the Mini 3 pro can only do 12 kms max distance! So I see that it stopped in this video at 12,134 meters? Amazing that you managed to have it fly even further at almost 12,700 meters a few months ago! DJI says that the amazing Mavic 3 which I got last December can do 15 kms! The drone distance flyer RUclipsrs that have done the most furthest I have seen have gotten to 14,6 kilometers max with the Mavic 3! WOW! Basically on both drones the battery sometimes at best uses 3% per 1,000 meters but on the average it's always 4% per kilometer! When not so good it's 5% or even 6% per 1,000 meters! But basically it's always at an average of 4% per kilometer! So it's good to calculate the potential! It's amazing that it can fly for quite a bit at 0% while in forced landing! In this video you flew it for the last 400 meters at 0% WOW! Scary! But it's good in this flight that you had it higher at the end! Well calculated! 👍 I thought that having the RC compass pointed to the drone (green circle) is absolutely essential but you did this great acheivement even with the compass not calibrated or not working? WOW!
You don't have to worry about signal when coming home, if it has enough battery. Your controller can be off and it will still return home. It marked your GPS location at take-off, when it said "home point updated", so it will return to that GPS location. Great flight, the only one I've seen that was farther, was over water, 17km.
Everywhere strict drone regulations but we all know birds are the real danger.

Kinda strange that some people get extremely good range with th mini 3 pro and some complain they barely make it out there yard and it loses signal. If you get the chance to try out the base model mini 3 id love to see you do a range test with it. Its got longer battery life than the pro but unfortunately a little less range so it would be interesting to see how far it could go.

I’ve experienced severe winter winds here on the mainland for two months straight. Made flying really difficult. I noticed you still went very far in sport mode. Didn’t seem to make a difference. Everything about this flight was impressive.
Daludos Brother, estas muy duró, a la verdad que conoces tus equipos al 100%, no he visto a nadie llegar tan lejos y volver a con 0 %.
Why didnt you up the EV in the beginning or set it to auto and panned down some more? at least you would have seen where you were heading, great distances btw, i managed 11km (round trip) CE and so far 14km FCC, both at only 30m high, i am still to do a max range with the plus battery for both FCC and CE, the weather has not been too great here in the UK..
5.5 km in CE mode is pretty impressive mate, can I ask which hack you use for FCC please?

ANother comment, i see youre using the Radar, but why on earth are you not "using" it! at thevery least, the RC indicator needs to be green not blue, this means that the horizontal alignment is not good at all, and if the RC compass is calibrated well, the indicator should be pointin at the drone icon ;)
Hello sky brother You are right but in the firmware version I have it is not accurate. I have calibrated it many times and it does not work well for me
