I feel like we didn't unlock at all forgotten lands, I expect something to happen there at some point. So probably we can't move the treehouse and the pedestals because something has still to happen there.
I just need a search function for recipes! I'm always flipping through all the tabs cuz I don't know if it's an appetizer or a main meal. And a tab for restaurant orders would be nice
I agree, and with "a rift in time" (and the new DLC coming) the amount of recipes is insane, scroll down all the "menu" for cooking two or three dishes as gifts or order from Remy's it's so annoying. Also it should be nice to have a search bar at the crafting table, crafting items start to be too much for scrolling every time, considering that on switch the scroll is super slow because if you use the touchscreen in crafting menu it start glitching. A filter should be useful but a search bar would be the best.😂
Love love love the idea of seasons!!! I also wish we had more snow options for the trees. When it’s Christmas, I want snow covered trees everywhere, but the Ferns don’t work in all areas of my valley… 😭
I completely agree, did you notice that newer trees doesn't have that different sizes like the original base game trees? For example the magnolia trees are three different sizes but there's only one size for every tree. I think that they noticed that it was pretty annoying to drop a lot of trees for choosing the size. They should make something like, you drop the tree and then you can click on that and choose the size.
I agree, but sometimes I can't wait the rain to stop so I tried to take pictures with rain and sometimes it was the best choice because the lights with the rain are very interesting. Also when I needed it to rain last winter for a snowy DreamSnaps it never rains.😂
I know how you all feels guys. Everytime I start the game I just want to relax in either a sunny day or a clear night sky before the game starts in the loading screen I hear rain drops and it is annoying and worst case I might last a hour or 2 of rain. But controling the weather sounds awesome so yeah great idea you have.
AND at least 45 degrees. The best would be to can freely rotate items, houses and fences. But I can accept the 45 degrees rotation after two years of the entire community asking for rotation.😂
I'd love to be able to turn the biome ramps into proper staircases and be able to put paths under things properly! Having beautiful stone staircase and grass underneath is such an eye-sore.
Seasons would be great but probably had to implement BUT they could add trees with brown/red leaves, trees with icicles, brown leaf piles, snow banks etc so we could try to make seasonal looks in other places besides Frosted Heights
I'd rather see more friendship quests that actually do something/go somewhere like the ones that led to opening up the Herbalists' Room or Tiana's Restaurant. It seems like we mostly just fetch a series of items/ingredients to craft a temporary object(s) for a group photo op. More puzzles like Tiana's unlock quest would be nice too.
@Serroh Exactly 💯. There have been many times where I had to go into furniture mode to bring the light to me and then put it back. I also think having the house lights on in dreamsnaps during the day would look so good.

Honestly the only feature I desperately want is that when you go to the Everything/infinity tab while cooking, it has ALL the meals in alphabetical order instead of having everything alphabetical by meal type. There's nothing more frustrating than trying to find, say, the Hardy Salad recipe and scroll *slowly* thru appetizers only to realize Hardy Salad is a Dinner. Or maybe we could have the Everything tab switch the search option to by-first letter instead of meal type. I just want finding the meal I want to be easier 😭
Something that wasn’t mentioned on this video that I want is a way to increase your wood collection or auto wood collecting. I just don’t see why the Foraging Skill doesn’t include getting extra woods and why the vacuums can’t collect wood. As for the other stuff, I’ve asked for quiet a few of those but want to add something to the seasons and give us the option to have each biome in a different seasons but with the ability to choose the whole valley. I even suggested using Tinkerbell and the Pixie Hallow character to do so
I love all the house skins, but I want them to be more useful. Maybe we can set additional player homes as a home for another character, like Jafar or Elsa who don’t have a legitimate house. Characters that share a home like Belle could also move into other homes, like her original village house. This can allow us to hide the villager homes we don’t like by moving the character into one we do. I’d also like the option to set extra homes as a community spaces villager can hang out in. Imagine the bookshop skin being decorated and used like a library or the bakery having villagers sitting or walking inside. It doesn’t have to be complex; I’d just be happy if they’d go in and appear like the characters are truly going about their days rather than wandering aimlessly. I feel like I have so much wasted space from these extra homes.
It would be nice to have a room/biome in the dream castle that is solely for us to do dreamsnaps that we can rest and build a new dreamsnap and would not count against our item limit in the valley. It's annoying to have to tear down outdoor builds to make an outdoor dreamsnap. This would really help switch players who have limited decor amounts.
Yes, this would be handy in the Valley. The auto-cookers from A Rift in Time are great but I find I need to plan ahead to ensure I'm not sitting around doing nothing while the meals cook. (Of course, there are always tasks to do that add to Dreamlight and Mist, so as long as I remember I have multiple meals cooking at home I should be fine :)
I love the idea of having different seasons and the villagers having their own jobs. I would really love curved paths and being able to put objects at an angle like in Palia. I would also love to see the ability to have our own disney romance where we would be able to pick a prince or princess. Maybe level up the romance like a friendship quest. Once you have reached the maxed level they could help with cooking, gardening, foraging, etc.
Did anyone else notice that they removed the ability to collect all the blue chests that are in the valley. Before if you missed a chest it would still be there the next day and you could collect it along with the current chest. Well now they only let you open one a day. I always have two in my valley and it says "I collected all my rewards for today, come back tomorrow". I even contacted support over this and they said only one chest a day no matter how many are in the valley. Bummer!!
I think that companions are pretty useless too. We have so many companions now that I ended up doing an entire biome as a "animal park" with different habitat, and a little animal city for less wild looking pets. Just for show them because it seems a waste to let all of them in my "inventory".😂
Item drops are fine as they are but if ya find it annoying , then just don’t hype up on that just for wanting that. But if ya don’t want that at all then just put it away for yourself. But I do agree with what some of ya are saying about. But also to stop having crashes , but also making the game to be a lot more smoother. But also adding in for a lot more of tasks to do as a newer task list. But also getting the valley villagers to say for newer things to say about. But also giving us a calendar from in game and , we can see whatever is happening next. And having for festivals and events and birthdays of all of us players , but also of the valley villagers too.

You know some features you are mentioning are already in game. Beast has his flower garden, moana has her fishing boat, wall.e has his veg garden, tiana has her food stall. Also don't need more daily activities as some of us have a life outside of this game. You could always just play another game, there are plenty of games out there. Also you complain out spawn items, make them part of your build and they disappear. Have natural areas to leave tree stumps and rocks to spawn, leave the sticks to spawn under trees. Have multiple trees about in the biome so there's only a few under each and it will look natural not ugly. Another thing rain will never be something you can toggle on and off because 1 who really wants it to rain? It would be just so you could water your crops so a few seconds and then be turned off again. I know it sucks then you are trying to do dreamsnaps so the closes would just be visually while maybe in camera mode. Also comparing this to the latest animal crossing game with terraforming, I mean that was only added for this latest game, pervious games never had this feature.
How about a feature where they allow you to select one or two craftable items and set what you need on the side of the screen and how much you have. The feature is similar to the one in Subnautica 2.
I have been asking ever since the game released for the ability to move objects wherever you want & at any angle just like your able to do in The Sims it really frustrates me & also freedom with paths & fencing like The Sims you can make the curved or angled & even half tile. It makes me really hate decorating in this game as you don’t have hardly any freedom !
I really want some Haunted Mansion characters as Villagers and clothing/furniture and accessories inspired by the Disney Parks attractions like for example Thunder Mountain themed clothes maybe even the cast member's uniform, a Ghost Host outfit etc not in premium shop either I'm talking about in Scrooge's! I also really wanna see Star Wars in game as a Star Wars fangirl and tattoos for our characters would be nice! I have tats in real life so to make my character a little more like me i'd love tattoos for her (and maybe let us create our own designs for them. In real life one of mine is Darth Vader so i'd love to have a Darth Vader one on my character!) Also as someone with Autism and ADHD it would be nice to have some things in game with the Autism logo during Autism Acceptance month! 🙂👌 Ohh and a rollercoaster in game would be nice especially one we can ride with friends in multiplayer or our Villagers!

The ability to turn rain on and off is *long* overdue. I'm *so* sick of it interrupting my outdoor DreamSnap right as I'm about to submit it!
It seems to rain constantly on my main island. I go to use the umbrella rain stops.I put it away rain starts. So I walk around soggy.😂
And it always rains when you do an outdoor submission. ALWAYS!!

I would love the ability in photo mode to be able to take a picture sitting down on a chair, bench or bed. Not just selfie model Ike a full view

I would love to cook more than one of the same dish at a time, like if we need three of the same dish .

OMG, Yes!!!! This auto spawn constant wood and herbs. Just adds to my overall item count and makes my Valley look like crap!

If I have seen it happen in a version of Sims especially older Sims 1-3 then it should be possible for us.

I wish I could have moana fishing in eternity isle or beast giving eternity isle flowers on eternity isle too. Stuff like that
