I personally got Cozy Edition before I realized I had gotten the base game + rift as a gift. Why do we need CHARTS to see what we're getting? I fully thought the bonus items from Gold were just the items you for getting Rift on its launch week.
SOMETHING TO KNOW IF YOU ONLY HAVE BASE GAME!!! If you get the dreamlight valley enchanted edition and already own the base game you will only get 10,000 moonstones!! the 18k includes the starting 8! SO you should get the magical edition and then a rift in time and you'll get 15k :-) wish that had been stated in this video.

I think they should have made a bundle with the 2 DLCs together for players who already have the base game only. It would have given them the opportunity to upgrade their game, get the bonus items and get a good deal out of it. It would have been useful for those of us who play on multiple plateforms too. and as one DLC is 30 bucks, making the 2 DLC bundle for 50, and the magical edition of the new one at 40 would have seemed like a more reasonnable price to me. 50 only for 1 DLC and a few items is really expensive, and as the early buyers bonus is not that great like last year (we had an outfit + a new pet), I might be waiting for a sale on that one.

I was going to go for the magical edition. and your full explanation of the seasonal bundle with another outfit and the extra moonstones for the same cost, just highlights why it is a far better deal. Disney is so ridiculously greedy. This DLC should NOT cost that much. I paid $40 for the base game $30 for a rift in time DLC now we have to pay another $50 if we want the exclusive items, but pple just now buying the game can get everything for $80 AND more moonstones?! That's insane
It's $20 extra to get the Magical one (new DLC plus 5000 moonstones plus bonus items) and it is $20 for 5,500 moonstones so if you get a lot from Premium shop the Magical one is worth it but still pretty expensive...

Well when I first bought the Disney Dreamlight Valley, I was in love with it because of the characters from my childhood. Then when the Rift in Time came out I was like "I should get that." So I did got it just to like enjoy playing it. So I have both the base game and the Rift in Time, I'm super excited to get the new edition. 6:08 I have the items when I first bought a Rift in Time. All in all, I'm super excited.
Also take into consideration if you are on switch you can't buy the enchanted edition if you already own the base game and the rift in time because switch doesn't allow you to buy the game multiple times for the same account

Remind me about the last expansion.... When you owned the OG base game, when purchasing the Expansion Rift in Time you got all those extras that are currently sold in the gold addition, right? I did some digging after testing that alt accounts still couldn't access the DLC, and found if the purchase was made prior to the update (March for console, February for Steam) different steps need to be made. Xbox is the most headache inducing where you have to contact them with proof of purchase and wait for support.
It is, you're not wrong. However, it's a lot of additional content. I feel that The Rift in Time was well worth it. Gave me a ton of new items and trees and ingredients and recipes, etc...and there are never 'too many' moonstones 😁

In Europe is same price that in USA (not the real exchange) it's 29,90€ for the basic DLC. I was hoping that they exchanged the price so it will be around 26€ but it's not. Anyway, I thought that the same thing was all around the world, same price without the exchange.

Go for PC, that's where the game works best! 🙂I was on Switch too before they decided the game was not going to be free to play (I was waiting for it to change platform) and I bought the game again on PC and it's been a game changer, especially to decorate the Valley ! Now, I only use my Switch to grind through easy tasks (like Starpath fishing, mining, etc...) while in bed. And depending on which Xbox you have, you might get some of the issues Switch has (if I remember well, only Xbox series X and PS5 got the extra item limit like on PC) and decorating with keyboard and mouse is way easier than controller.
I would like to have the new dlc and game released on a physical disc and cool case. I hung my old one with case and disc on wall with some Disney infinity figures and looks cool. I love physical. I would buy the game again

Everyone will forget about Rift In Time🥺 I bought Rift in Time on September 1st (two month ago) and already unlocked and completed everything. I got through all 3 acts without blinking👀 So I hope that new characters and quests will appear in Eternity Isles, maybe like a daily quest with Remy, or something like that. Because now it's just an area for decoration for $30 and that's all. Storybook Vale will consist of two parts, so it will be shorter than Rift in Time. Is it worth the money?
It's £19.99 for 5000 MS, so it's a better option buying the £45 for me ,I get the extra freebies with 10000 MS. Remember the expansion alone is 24.99 with 5000 MS.That's how I make MY DDV purchases the actual cost of MS 🙃

A Premium item costs on average 2000 Moon-Money. So, the three items you're getting with the Enchanted Edition make up about 6000 Moon-Money, plus the 5000 more moonstones. So that's about 11,000 extra Moon-money for your $20. That's a pretty good deal. Of course it's not free. If you don't like the items or you just can't be having with Premium stuff or you just don't want Disney to have all your money right now, stick with the basics.

I felt like A Rift in Time was pretty much a whole game in itself so I'm hopeful for this game. About to buy the magical edition now.

We didn’t have this many choices of edition when the game left Early Access.

Unfortunately, I only have the base game. I haven't played since the Dreamsnaps thing started with Vanellope. Kinda lost interest. Maybe coming back. Too focused on Wow, HSR, and ZZZ right now.
