Why so many failed auditions? I have spent some time in musical theatre production, so she would have sung an audition song from the musical itself but only the way the musical director wanted. Her frustration level must have been enormous; but she persisted for 18 years, perhaps out of insecurity, until forced onto the BGT stage. No failed auditions here because she finally was performing as Sydnie, which she has acknowledged. Her genie exploded from the bottle in Tomorrow, the champagne flowed over the audience in My Way, and we were all drunk on Sydnie by Rainbow. Sorry about the mixed metaphors.
I preordered her album which has I believe 10 songs on it. This song, Tomorrow and Somewhere Over the Rainbow are on the album titled "My Way" and the album from what I saw when I preordered it is due to come out October 4th but they have released "My Way" as a single, when I preordered it, it just deducted what I already paid for the single. I found it on iTunes but I have seen others mention other music platforms you can get it from and Sydnie has a channel that has some links to find the song and the upcoming album. I can't tell you how many times I have either watched the video or played the song since it was released, she is amazing. Simon was so right when he asked the night she sang this about the people being deaf that she auditioned for.
I wish Frank Sinatra were still alive. I would love to hear his thoughts on this performance.

Omg, I am in tears. This studio version was even more magnificent than her performance on BGT. The clarity and the power in this version was off the charts. I loved it that she took us back with her on her phenomenal BGT journey. It even included one of my most favorite shots from her audition. And my gawd, she looked like she was born in that studio. Clearly, she was having the time of her life. So damn proud of her.
She had limited success singing before BGT. That was her last shot because having children is very important to her. She just turned 29 so the clock is ticking. The online trolls need to STFU.
