The cult mentioned in this movie was actually real. "Heaven's Gate" was the name of the cult which had total 40 members woh attempt mass suicide to set their souls free from the the vessel ( human body). And their dead body was actually coverd in the purple clothe as shown in the movie 👀

He is so busy with his happiness that kids had to rely on each others and become adults. The situation and the dad forced them to become adults. Even though he is a psychiatrist, he failed to understand his kids mental health. The kids think their mother is in hell coz commit suicide is a huge sin, of course they can't forgive her.

Literally people saying that grace would have been a good mother but what about Laura because of that extra martial affair she committed sucide and after Grace would have her own children with Richard she would have forget Mia and her brother . As a children they did nothing wrong . Richard too is responsible for this

What's the point? Even if they do live, they are orphans now anyway! And Grace was already on medication due to her traumatizing childhood. Those evil children knew that and still pushed her to her limit. They got what they deserved anyway
