I have a huge amount of respect for how you dealt with your fellow trail users at 7:00. I recently unsubscribed from somebody else's channel because they were in the Alps racing up behind slower rides, slamming on their brakes and locking the rear wheel, in an effort to intimidate what were clearly inexperienced beginner riders, and then proceeded to explain why slower riders shouldn't be allowed on the trails. You dealt with the folks there in a completely polite manner. Kudos.
Slower/beginner riders should try their best to move out of the way and not block the trail.
@weslenkewich7359 eh it's a blue trail though and it's one of the only options for going from the upper to lower part of the mountain. Everyone just has to have patience and relax :) Pull over and take a break if needed. Novice riders can often feel panicked when someone blasts up behind them and tries to yell or go around. Of course, the situation can vary. Are ya on a black jump line, on the trail? Yah, probably in everyone's best interest to get out of the way ASAP.
Your riding skills are just amazing 🤘I literally bought a propain spindrift because of you 🔥🔥 BEST BIKE EVER!!!
REMY IS THE PROPAIN MARKETING DEPARTMENT
He's the reason I bought a Tyee and I love it.
@@joeshawcroft7121 Thank you!
Thank you!
My God, i was 100% sure this was in Switzerland, it's actually Canada, pretty cool.
7:14 You should buy a bell 🛎️ for you bike. 😂
Kicking Horse is so good. Not many people, good trails, nice views etc. My only two criticisms of the place are that they close at 3pm (or is it 4pm?) and that there is no "great" way to get from the top half to the bottom half of the bottom. There is a zone where it is just crappy turn x20 in there, which I find kills my arms with hand pump, as you're constantly braking. The fire road was better...
Sick riding Rémy!
I love the immediate take your hands off the bars when you hit the fire road.. thats kickinghorse for ya!
Great footage! Not another sole on the mountain... Did they open the place just for you???
Do the Megaavalance next year! id loooooooovvve to watch that
Yessss!
You'll only come across harmless black bears at Kicking Horse. The only grizzly there is Boo and he's in a big cage.
Hopefully!
Good stuff Rémy.🥃So, was that a "holy shit" or a bear shit? 😂🚲
Brooooooooooo, so you are riding for Sountour right now?!
On his instagram it still says dvo
What trails were those? I’m heading down there in 2 weeks and want to check them out!
Remy what’s the latest on the new bike rack / chairlift situation at whistler? I heard vail installed a new system that was damaging certain bikes, mainly 27.5 and/or bikes w a front fender. Anything you can share would be helpful as im traveling to whistler beginning of September w my 27.5 dh bike! Haha cheers
Remy, I'm wondering why you don't do any of the mega avalanche races?
Man are those scree slopes rideable? Imagine if they put a lift in…
Te sigo desde Cuba
New fork sponsor? Looks like Suntour
same question :)
@@johnsantos3194 well, it is Suntour RUX in the front, but still DVO in the rear 🤔
Yeah! That’s a Suntour…freeze the video and you’ll see…😉
Aren't they technically in the same family?
@@Schralpz I think they are made in the same factory as DVO
no more DVO?
is that fork a DVO?
the truth you know where to find me.
holy shit! 😂💩
wth, that iron pipe at the corner of 1:28 is a death trap 🤨🧐
but thanks for the ride :)
What iron pipe?
The pole laying on the ground left side of the track
Good eye! Definitely dangerous
its a piece of bamboo that blew over in the wind. it has a sign on it telling people about the trail changes. it is not like that anymore.
Hi
